I made this recipe today with a few modifications: * I made it as muffins rather than a loaf, using the baking instructions for your blueberry muffins. * I used canned pumpkin purée (3/4 C). That’s what I had on hand * I add 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and fresh ground cardamom. They turned out fabulous!! Thank you so much for your recipes!! 😃

It looks and smells beautiful. I sliced a small piece from the end. and am letting the middle cool and firm up a little more. Wow! As light and fluffy as "real" pumpkin bread! Absolutely delicious! I LOVE your recipe!! I made it in a bread mold and in cupcake form. Both great hits! In cupcake form they take a lot less time in the oven, of course, and it also helps with portion control. I made this today and forgot to add the oil. It was awesome without the oil! It rose beautifully and is so moist. I honestly don't think you need the oil or maybe not as much as your recipe calls for. Thanks for coming up with all your great recipes and sharing with us.

I made this yesterday & OMG, it’s so good! I did change the spices to 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice but & had to bake longer. It’s pretty moist but so smooth & doesn’t fall apart like most keto quick breads. It’s definitely a keeper. I am looking forward to more recipes from you. Thanks for sharing!
Made this today for the 2nd time it was delicious. I did make sure to only use 3/4 c of pumpkin. The first time I made it I used 1 c. And it was too moist. I made this and it was lovely! I did a few modifications: I added a bit of vanilla and I used 1/3 cup of oil instead of 1/2 just because I wanted it to be a little less calories, and it turned out fine. Thanks for this great recipe and the great flour that makes it!

I am sensitive to pumpkin. What I did was add some with real banana and some with sour cream in that 3/4 cup to make the cake moist that the pumpkin puree would normally do. I also did half of cup of the Sukrin Gold brown sugar keto sweetener and half of cup of allulose.
Made this morning. 3/4 c pumpkin. Followed recipe exact. Baked 60 minutes. Started to smell like something's burning. Sure enough when I make it again I will only bake 50 min in the same pan I used
I probably should have watched this video before I made my own recipe with your all purpose flour (which is almost exactly like yours). After making 2 loafs and having them wet inside, because I cut it when it was warm. You say not to cut until totally cool. I was so excited to try it. I started looking at the comments to see if anyone else had this problem. So I decided to watch this video and you say don't cut or will be soggy. I am going to make another loaf and wait this time lol I will make bread pudding with my wet bread. It still tastes amazing. Thanks again for all your hard work!
I just found your channel and i am very excited because I love to bake. I am a kitchen gadget person. I own two KitchenAid mixers and anything you need to bake or cook with. I am also on a Keto diet to loose weight but mainly for health. My husband is type 2 diabetic and is doing the diet with me. The one thing I knew I would miss is baking. I cannot tell you how much money I have spent on "Keto" products that everyone loved and I tried them and did not like any of them. From stomach issues and raising blood sugar levels. I am going to purchase the products I don't already have to mix up these flours and if they are as good as everyone says I will be over the moon happy. I do not expect any diet item to taste as good as one made with carbs and sugar but i want to get as close as I can. I have subscribed to your channel and I hope to see more baking recipes in the future.
This was delicious. They only thing I will do differently next time is use smaller muffin pans and possibly cupcake pans or my mini bundt cake pan. I actually like the taste where it's very browned on the ends and bottom. The middle is very moist, a little too moist when I prefer it to be a bit dryer. Either way, it tastes like the flour, full sugar version.

I haven't seen that on your channel yet so please take and modify this simple old family recipe. I've been substituting lately and having trouble. Mix in 1 Bowl 1 Cup Sugar (Allulose) 1 Stick Butter (4oz Grass Fed Unsalted) 1 or 2 Eggs (1 egg for 2 bananas and 2 eggs for 3 bananas) Mix in 2nd Bowl 1 1/4 Cup Flour (Almond Flour) 2 or 3 Very Ripe Bananas 1 teaspoon baking soda Combine and mix (add dark Chocolate Chips if you want) and bake @350 for 50 mins. Everyone in my immediate family makes it different only with the choc chips or nuts or plain. I dont like nuts in my food so I do the chips. My sis does walnuts and another does plain 🙂 Things in parenthesis I have substituted and its coming out soggy inside and burnt outside. I'm sure with your flour it would be better and if I covered like you do here.

Hi Victoria thank you for your videos they are awesome you were so delightful to watch I have a question for you you kind of mentioned it in your video about your flower not needing more baking soda but what about the rest of the ingredients as you use in your flower if a recipe calls for something that you already have in your flour mixture would you still put it in the recipe or you wouldn’t any of it because it’s already in your flower mix. I have asked you this in the past and I wasn’t really clear on your answer but after seeing this video I think I may understand a bit better but I’m just wondering about the rest of the ingredients as you have mixed with your flour. I thought I wrote it down in my recipe pile haven’t found it yet did not really go back to your original video of your flower which I don’t even know which one to look for but I could’ve sworn there was baking soda in that flower mixture now this new link you sent me I watch the video and it doesn’t say anything about baking soda I’m just wondering now what do I do with the baking soda? When I come across a recipe that Asks for white flour I just put your flower and if it asks for baking soda I had baking soda?

Hey Victoria!! QQ…. If I wanted to use your flour to attempt a “keto Stollen” of sorts (German Christmas bread that typically is more a sweet bread with candied fruit) which flour would you suggest? I’ll probly just add pecans and sugarfree cranberries that I dried. The traditional recipe is a bread with yeast, so I’m thinking the self rising should work great!! I made the reg bread loaf with it and was very happily surprised at the ease and taste!!
Yes I’m thinking the self rising as well… if u want a cake texture then the cakes & cookies all purpose flour but if you want a bread to rise with yeast then most definitely the self rising
Hello I enjoy your wonderful recipes. Question: why do many packages of oat fiber have a net carbohydrate of one , per teaspoon. ? There are 48 teaspoons in a cup so even one half cup of oat fiber is too much for many pre diabetics on keto. Thanks for your response.

Take my cakes and cookies flour pick your favorite gingerbread recipe and make a 1:1 swap with the white flour. Use whatever sweetener u like and go with it! I made my flour a white flour substitute to your old favorite recipes :)
@@victoriasketokitchen the recipe I have calls for molasses...is their a substitute for molasses, I was thinking syrup, but molasses is kind of different so I'm worried it might not work?
@@serenadedbyangels consider how much molasses it’s asking for. I do still use molasses to make brown sugar. I add it to my allulose about 1/2Tbs is what I use but for a cake u can use more and still be under the threshold of keto per slice

If it’s labeled egg white powder sometimes that means it has sugar in it or possibility another sweetener so if it’s 100% egg white powder no sugar or sweetener then that should work

I used your keto flour mix and made my moms pumpkin bread recipe. It turned out so good. I will be using your improved keto flour with bamboo fiber. ❤ I will be using this for all my recipes for cakes and bread.
I made this and it was lovely! I did a few modifications: I added a bit of vanilla and I used 1/3 cup of oil instead of 1/2 just because I wanted it to be a little less calories, and it turned out fine. Thanks for this great recipe and the great flour that makes it!

I am sensitive to pumpkin. What I did was add some with real banana and some with sour cream in that 3/4 cup to make the cake moist that the pumpkin puree would normally do. I also did half of cup of the Sukrin Gold brown sugar keto sweetener and half of cup of allulose.

Started to smell like something's burning. Sure enough when I make it again I will only bake 50 min in the same pan I used

I probably should have watched this video before I made my own recipe with your all purpose flour (which is almost exactly like yours). After making 2 loafs and having them wet inside, because I cut it when it was warm. You say not to cut until totally cool. I was so excited to try it. I started looking at the comments to see if anyone else had this problem. So I decided to watch this video and you say don't cut or will be soggy. I am going to make another loaf and wait this time lol I will make bread pudding with my wet bread. It still tastes amazing. Thanks again for all your hard work!

I just found your channel and i am very excited because I love to bake. I am a kitchen gadget person. I own two KitchenAid mixers and anything you need to bake or cook with. I am also on a Keto diet to loose weight but mainly for health. My husband is type 2 diabetic and is doing the diet with me. The one thing I knew I would miss is baking. I cannot tell you how much money I have spent on "Keto" products that everyone loved and I tried them and did not like any of them. From stomach issues and raising blood sugar levels. I am going to purchase the products I don't already have to mix up these flours and if they are as good as everyone says I will be over the moon happy. I do not expect any diet item to taste as good as one made with carbs and sugar but i want to get as close as I can. I have subscribed to your channel and I hope to see more baking recipes in the future.

This was delicious. They only thing I will do differently next time is use smaller muffin pans and possibly cupcake pans or my mini bundt cake pan. I actually like the taste where it's very browned on the ends and bottom. The middle is very moist, a little too moist when I prefer it to be a bit dryer. Either way, it tastes like the flour, full sugar version.

I make Banana Bread all the time. I haven't seen that on your channel yet so please take and modify this simple old family recipe. I've been substituting lately and having trouble.
Mix in 1 Bowl
1 Cup Sugar (Allulose)
1 Stick Butter (4oz Grass Fed Unsalted)
1 or 2 Eggs (1 egg for 2 bananas and 2 eggs for 3 bananas)
Mix in 2nd Bowl
1 1/4 Cup Flour (Almond Flour)
2 or 3 Very Ripe Bananas
1 teaspoon baking soda
Combine and mix (add dark Chocolate Chips if you want) and bake @350 for 50 mins. Everyone in my immediate family makes it different only with the choc chips or nuts or plain. I dont like nuts in my food so I do the chips. My sis does walnuts and another does plain 🙂
Things in parenthesis I have substituted and its coming out soggy inside and burnt outside. I'm sure with your flour it would be better and if I covered like you do here.

Hi Victoria thank you for your videos they are awesome you were so delightful to watch I have a question for you you kind of mentioned it in your video about your flower not needing more baking soda but what about the rest of the ingredients as you use in your flower if a recipe calls for something that you already have in your flour mixture would you still put it in the recipe or you wouldn’t any of it because it’s already in your flower mix. I have asked you this in the past and I wasn’t really clear on your answer but after seeing this video I think I may understand a bit better but I’m just wondering about the rest of the ingredients as you have mixed with your flour. This flour is like white flour it does need a rising agent just like white flour: I tried to eliminate the “rules” with my flour.
So Victoria you don’t add baking soda to your flour anymore? I have made a batch of your flower when I first saw the video a few months ago and I thought it was baking soda in it. I thought I wrote it down in my recipe pile haven’t found it yet did not really go back to your original video of your flower which I don’t even know which one to look for but I could’ve sworn there was baking soda in that flower mixture now this new link you sent me I watch the video and it doesn’t say anything about baking soda I’m just wondering now what do I do with the baking soda? When I come across a recipe that Asks for white flour I just put your flower and if it asks for baking soda I had baking soda?

Hey Victoria!! QQ…. If I wanted to use your flour to attempt a “keto Stollen” of sorts (German Christmas bread that typically is more a sweet bread with candied fruit) which flour would you suggest? I’ll probly just add pecans and sugarfree cranberries that I dried. The traditional recipe is a bread with yeast, so I’m thinking the self rising should work great!! I made the reg bread loaf with it and was very happily surprised at the ease and taste!!
Yes I’m thinking the self rising as well… if u want a cake texture then the cakes & cookies all purpose flour but if you want a bread to rise with yeast then most definitely the self rising

Hello I enjoy your wonderful recipes. Question: why do many packages of oat fiber have a net carbohydrate of one , per teaspoon. ? There are 48 teaspoons in a cup so even one half cup of oat fiber is too much for many pre diabetics on keto. Thanks for your response.

Take my cakes and cookies flour pick your favorite gingerbread recipe and make a 1:1 swap with the white flour. Use whatever sweetener u like and go with it! I made my flour a white flour substitute to your old favorite recipes :)
The self rising flour is for anything u use yeast with the cakes and cookies flour is for cakes and cookies pasty’s and things
@@victoriasketokitchen the recipe I have calls for molasses...is their a substitute for molasses, I was thinking syrup, but molasses is kind of different so I'm worried it might not work?
@@serenadedbyangels consider how much molasses it’s asking for. I do still use molasses to make brown sugar. I add it to my allulose about 1/2Tbs is what I use but for a cake u can use more and still be under the threshold of keto per slice

Victoria, is the egg white protein powder the same as egg white powder used by bloggers making te egg white bread (eg, Indigo Nili)? Thanks/
If it’s labeled egg white powder sometimes that means it has sugar in it or possibility another sweetener so if it’s 100% egg white powder no sugar or sweetener then that should work
