I love watching your videos, I've recently tried 3 different recipes but mine aren't coming out like yours lol. In fact mine come out like not tasting that great. I need help, I enjoy baking but I am very new to baking keto recipes. Help! What am I doing wrong!?!?
pinch of salt 2 1/4 cups almond flour 1/2 cup sweetner 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder 1-2 tsp pumpkin spice 1/2 tsp cinnamon 4 eggs 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling) 2 tbsp vanilla extract 7 1/2 tbsp avocado oil (or butter) Optional 1 tsp pumpkin extract pre-heat oven to 350 deg F Mix all in bowl line bread baking sheet with foil spray with oil line with parchement paper pour in batter and smooth down sprinkle with chopped pumpkin seeds put into pre heated oven 30-35 min
I used brown sugar Swerve as my sweetener (gives it more of a molasses taste) and added a little of unflavored protein powder to help the bread rise a bit. I learned this while making keto pancakes and they always come out nice and thick and you can't beat the extra protein! I also used half a stick of melted butter. Yum! Thanks for the recipe.
You just added the protein in or subbed for some of the Almond flour? How much did you use? We use the unflavored isopure for making fried chicken etc...what brand did you use?
@@stephaniehawes28 I also use Isopure and used about a half a scoop. I guess a full scoop wouldn't hurt. I just eye- balled the almond flour. A scoop or half there of, really doesn't make much of a difference. Need to try it on chicken!!
Looks super easy and delicious!! I have a tip to get the foil in the pan easier 🙂 Turn the pan upside down, and fold and flatten the foil to it. Then turn the pan right way up, and the foil will fit right in :) Works ok with parchment too :)
You know that you have a lot of us viewers loving this all in one bowl of deliciousness !!! I added Swerve Brown, plus extra Alluose and Pumpkin Spice, Ginger, and Cloves and after cooling completely, I made a Cream Cheese (2oz melted) and 2Tblsps of heavy cream and pumpkin spice seasoning and cinnamon glaze to drizzle on each slice....taking it to a friend’s and we will all enjoy this awesome recipe for the time! Thank you, my love for ALL your delish recipes 😍❤️

I modified . Since this was Pumpkin loaf , I added 1 cup of pumpkin puree ( instead of 1/2) and used 3 eggs ( instead of 4 ) , it was fantastic however next time I may add a little bit of binding agent like TAPIOCA or Arrowroot starch to the Almond flour (so the loaf is not too crumpbly )

i just made this with a few modifications, and it came out delicious. thanks for the base recipe. just for reference, i’m not on a keto diet. i like keto recipes because they’re normally gluten free. i used raw sugar but cut the amount in half, and i put in an entire can of pumpkin instead of just a 1/2 cup.

I had no pumkin spice so I used 1.5 tsp. of Allspice instead, also added Rum extract since I had no pumkin extract & added some Truvia brown sugar for extra sweetness...OMG it is DELICIOUS!!! I did have to bake it for 45 min. total Thank you sooo much for this recipe

Ohhhhhh I‘m making this for our Coffee-Break at work 😃 I love spoiling my work colleagues! I‘ll have to double this one for sure. Thanks Mayra, you‘re the best 💞
I made this, and used a stick of butter instead of oil, and added 1 cup of organic pumpkin puree instead of half. I also added cream cheese by pouring half the batter, then adding the whole pack of cream cheese that I'd smoothed out, and then poured the remaining battery on top. I covered with foil and baked it for over an hour at 375. It's so moist, soft and delicious even my SO loved it and he's not on keto. Lol Cream cheese: I put wax paper inside the foil pan, sprayed the bottom with olive oil, then layed the brick of cream cheese in the center and smoothed out across the bottom til it was the length of the bread pan. Then pulled the wax paper out with the cream cheese, tipped it upside down over a paper plate, and gently let it peel off onto the plate until I'd poured the bottom layer of battery. Then took the paper plate and gently transferred the cream cheese over the top of the bottom batter.
