Instead of their Graham cracker crust I have used DH keto brownie mix and Catalina crunch cinnamon toast cereal chopped in my nutribullet and dusted around the edges of my 10" springform pan. You can also just go crustless.

Having been duped by many, many claims of "tastes just like..." from RUclips Keto channels, I was skeptical about this. Well, I tried it with my wife's banana bread recipe (seriously the best banana bread ever) and was pleasantly surprised by the result. I can't say it tastes exactly like banana bread made with real sugar and flour, but it is very close. The texture is a little lighter, but your flour mixture is a 10/10 for me! Thank you for sharing.

I’m so happy I found your channel!!! I’m suffering from post long Covid vaccination syndrome. I will make up this flour and pray me husband will make food for me with it. I literally have lost my life. I can barely walk from one room to another. I’m praying that through keto and natural remedies I can regain my life. so sorry to hear your troubles from the jab. So many have had issues from it. Praying you gain some help with a less inflamatory diet. Have you considered a carnivore diet for a time to just limit most foods for a while & see how it goes? Many people with health issuse have found it really helped them. God bless you.

I used this Perfected Keto Flour recipe as a shortbread base, topped it with Carolyn Ketchum's Carmel Sauce from her book (that sauce is otherworldly), and chopped pecans. Omgosh heavenly. The flour made the base delicious. It actually came out like a pie crust, but next time I will add a little more melted butter. I know it will be perfect. Thank you Victoria.

So happy you’re doing better. I have a neurological movement disorder & it definitely got worse during/ after pregnancy. There’s not a lot of research but I do feel like my involuntary movements are lessened when I’m on keto. I cycle a couple of months on, a couple of months off. Victoria, I used this yesterday, (actually I made a double batch of this and made cookies and then mixed it in with an older batch that didn't have arrowroot but did have one of the gross oat fibers) to make tortillas wraps. Your flour, butter and salt. Even the ones I overcooked were delicious and NONE of them broke. I know you have a recipe for tortillas but I just pulled up a "regular" one to try. (Hubbs works in a restaurant thst makes their own tortillas fresh so I wanted to try something similar.) You are incredible!

Love this flour. Made biscuits and gravy. Still perfecting. The one great thing I noticed was 1 biscuit was so filling and satisfying. It is what I have been needing and missing on the Keto/IF/Fasting diet for diabetes. My gut has had to adjust to the oat fiber, so don't eat too much at first. Wonderful thing is I am eating less.

I just wanted to mention - if you want to grow the channel it is important to have a keto flour mix that a lot of people can try. This last addition could be the best tastewise but you should mention to the people they can still use the old version for pretty good results! Yes, I measured 1 for 1…For my biscuits I needed 2 cups of flour so I measured the same amount of Victoria’ flour mix. It worked perfectly!

My brother suffered terribly during his lifetime from brain tumors and siezures. A part of his suffering was that we had nothing but harsh drugs back then. I am so glad keto has cured you. So happy you’re doing better. I have a neurological movement disorder & it definitely got worse during/ after pregnancy. There’s not a lot of research but I do feel like my involuntary movements are lessened when I’m on keto. I cycle a couple of months on, a couple of months off. Victoria, I used this yesterday, (actually I made a double batch of this and made cookies and then mixed it in with an older batch that didn't have arrowroot but did have one of the gross oat fibers) to make tortillas wraps. Your flour, butter and salt. Even the ones I overcooked were delicious and NONE of them broke. I know you have a recipe for tortillas but I just pulled up a "regular" one to try. (Hubbs works in a restaurant thst makes their own tortillas fresh so I wanted to try something similar.) You are incredible!

Love this flour. Made biscuits and gravy. Still perfecting. The one great thing I noticed was 1 biscuit was so filling and satisfying. It is what I have been needing and missing on the Keto/IF/Fasting diet for diabetes. My gut has had to adjust to the oat fiber, so don't eat too much at first. Wonderful thing is I am eating less.

Thank you so much for this recipe. A tip for mixing flours together evenly and easily is to use a large balloon whisk in a large bowl and stir. Someone with arthritis may find it difficult to shake the box.

I just wanted to mention - if you want to grow the channel it is important to have a keto flour mix that a lot of people can try. This last addition could be the best tastewise but you should mention to the people they can still use the old version for pretty good results! As more people will engage with the content as they try the more you can grow your channel.

You’re very inspirational! I look forward to all your recipes. One of my favorite cakes is a pineapple upside down cake. I tried making one with your flour. I used Torani sugar free syrup which was great but overall the cake needed something more. Hope you consider making one.
