I'm putting a long post here regarding the Krystian - kamden situation, I genuinely apologize for it being so long: 1. The group consists of 3 ppl who understand Chinese and English clearly - Krystian, Brian and Ricky, 3 ppl who only understand Chinese but not English- Chen jian yu, Feng jun lan and zhang shuaibo and 1 person who understands only English - kamden. So it's almost impossible that the other 2 that spoke English would have also completely ignored kamden. 2. I'd like to clear that in most of the clips that we see, krystian is basically either translating what is being said in English to the trainees who don't understand English, or replying to their queries. 3. Kamden did feel left out since he probably didn't know that krystian was mostly translating. I'm no way invalidating kamden's feelings. In fact I have been the kid whose family moves so much that I was almost never with ppl who spoke languages that I understood so I completely empathize with him. Also, just to show how far mnet can evil edit: 1. The clip where kamden says that, "anyways we are a team so it was frustrating" is from a different day than when he is crying and says, "it was my first time so it was awkward and hard for me" If you notice carefully that in the first clip kamden just had one piercing in the top part of his ear, but in the next clip, he is also wearing a hanging earing in the same ear. Which would show that these interviews were on different days or at least different times. So tbh he could be talking abt literally anything that was hard for him in that clip since it doesn't specify the krystian situation. 2. The reason why I believe that such an outrageous attempt could happen is the fu yanxing incident of girls planet. Idk if you're aware but another Chinese trainee was maliciously evil edited in girls planet where they show her saying, "we go up, but you don't" to yujin (context: fyx had performed a song by clc and yujin was a member of clc, similar to the hui and his song being performed situation) so it was portrayed as if she wanted to insult yujin. Where in reality, she was asked by the mnet pds to say this statement and then they edited it make her look bad. Yunjin and her were even friends. Most probably this is a strategic move by mnet, if they want krystian out. After this controversy, krystian probably lost a bunch of voters, so even if he gets a redemption arc in the next episode, the voting for the elimination would end in 2 days and if mnet were successful they'll be able to easily get him out. Lastly, from what I know krystian has been in the music industry for a few years and had been on at least 2 survival shows. So it would be quite dumb of him, to do something like this. But anyways, this was all I have discovered over some time. I am again truly sorry for the long post. I have submitted all the proof I had, to prove that mnet has had more past of being fishy compared to krystian who hasnt shown such behaviour in the past. The only way for them to talk is in english and translating for the chinese trainees who don't speak english and vice versa for Kamden who doesn't speak chinese which IS what was happening but was evil edited

Wumuti was right, the only person who could put on a fight against Hui was Jay. I cannot stress how much I want the K vs G system to go away and see them in the same team harmonising a high note. Btw you nickname for Jay made me giggle, "Jayonce"!!
please mnet I'm so tired of these k vs g battles. the final line up would be mixed anyway, they need to get used to perform together. I hope they'll get rid of it after the first elimination.
I can‘t decide if Mnet hates or loves Gunwook. Like on the one hand he gets a lot of screentime and „special treatment“ with the whole the Masters haven‘t decided my star lever yet. On the other hand they seem to edit him as „controlling“ and „too confident“. Like he‘s my one pick so I hope it‘s the former. But considering how many seem to dislike him because they think he‘s „arrogant“ makes it feel like the latter.
I think they want to give him a redemption arc where he ultimately humbles himself and realizes he that he's here to become part of a team and that he has to treat people as humans and not just as steps for him to win the competition. I think they already got some of that in this episode. He's really been going along with this "K group is so much better than G group" idea and in this episode that is turned and he is humbled. So it kind of depends on whether he takes this "lesson" with him for the rest of the show, or if he reverts. I think he also functions as a proxy for a part of the Korean audience that also has this K>G idea, to try to open their minds to G group members a bit.
I think jay was making smarter choices vocally than Hui. I agree with the coaches that Hui was doing to much and it wasn’t working. Hopefully he tones it down for their performance. It’s hard to compare both Jay’s and Hui’s actual vocals though because of how different their tones are. Hui gives very much Kpop and Jay western pop. Personally I enjoy Jay’s tone more but I think they would be great in a group together (honestly I think they are both too talented to be put in a 9 member mnet group) Hopefully later on in the show we get the g & k groups mixing with each other for performances
At this point I just think that somebody needs to tell Hui that he's straight shooting himself in the foot for trying to do so much, instead of trying to adapt himself to the concept and the team. I love him, but If he does not learn the lesson, he def is going to loose ground and popularity.
What made me happy in ep3 is wang zihao finally getting some screen time yaaay but I'm still mad that they didn't show that he got all star in ep 2 if keita didn't mention it in his interview we would have never get a glimpse of his Signal song test

Mnet definitely tried to edit the languish barriers in Ggroup to fit their narrative. In Auju nice they made a big deal about Ggroup taking longer to make decisions then K group, and even mistranslated Ouju according to j0fans. They tried to make it look like their was infighting to create drama, but it just seems like they were struggling to communicate. Their are lot a of jump cuts in Krytians edit so I wouldn't be surprised if it was manufactured drama. Some people have pointed out that Brian's Mandarin isn't that great either so why is Kamden being portrayed as the only english speaker?
thats why i think these chinese are taking things for granted, maybe not all, but some of them know kamden had no clue what is going on and they just let it happen! they just didn't care! so no need to blame everything on Mnet not find excuses for those trainees, they will take the consequences of what they do~

Some of the trainees only speak Mandarin, maybe Krystian was trying to translate. Mnet tried the same with Auju nice, but people have already correctly translated for Ouju.

mnet constantly portraying k group as being the best of friends and only showing g group having conflict is so annoying they are not trying to hide their bias at all, i am currently refusing to vote for any k group trainees because i just think it is too unfair and mnet can suck it. anyways vote krystian to piss of mnet
Yeah I'm mostly voting for G group but I don't think theres any harm in voting for K trainees who are receiving little to no attention (like Park Hyunbeen is one of my picks since before even the first episode- imo he's one of the better rappers on the show)

The love me right g group was giving nct dream’s hello future, txt’s run away, Ab6ix’s the answer,… and I’m here for it. They really slayed that performance, Jay vocals were out of the park (he’s my 1st pick), Haruto and winnie’s rap was iconic, everyone did their part very well. I hope they win and honestly I would love for the debut group’s concept to be something like that. On another note, with the voting ending next week I’m Really worried because putting g vs k this round and giving the benefit to the winner group may mean that depending on who wins next week a lot of g group contestants may go home while less talented k contestants can stay. Mnet should’ve mixed all of them for this round, I mean, they are going to be a group so why keep confronting them?
I also didn’t like this division. It’s just Mnet’s way of getting rid of G group trainees. Why bother inviting them when you can’t even give them a chance.

I was upset Cong got so little votes when Onestar himself praised him, cause I thought he did the best on his team. Also I think Jay, Keita, and Zhang Hao will get into the winning lineup based on how they edit them, which im fine with cause they’re so talented and likable. I hate that we have to wait until next week to watch the other Kill This Love performance, it definitely should’ve ended after, not before. I think it’s because it looked like Krystian was going out of his way to talk over Kamden. Although the other boys weren’t much help and could’ve translated but didn’t I guess what sent viewers over the edge is the fact that it looked like Krystian was trying to take control and stop Kamden from talking.
@@dansara5933 krystian was basically translating for kamden since he knew Chinese, Korean and English and kamden only knew English and Korean while most of the others were completely fluent in Chinese but could barely understand English or Korean it's mnets evil editing they editing the parts where krystian was translating and the cuts were so evident and it baffles me how everyone is like "oh I hate mnet's evil editing" yet they fall for it everytime. I'm not downplaying kamden's feelings he probably didn't know krystian was translating but I'm so sure he was crying for a different reason. People on twitter are saying that all k groups won except 1 g group (kill this love) which would mean 6 k wins and 1 g win If its true then pretty much all k group trainees could get 110k points which could result in a lot of g group eliminations (I expect like 30ish g group to get eliminated :v)
i barely paid attention to the episode this time around and my eyes shot up at 100,000k votes like huh and then they talked about 10,000k votes and now i’m confused, but im was it 100,000k votes for the individuals who had most votes in g and k group and 10k for all the members on the winning team

And that's exactly why the mission had split them based on groups. The audience was mostly Korean so it's the same thing as Koreans mainly voting for Korean trainees during eliminations.

Its so scary how one voice crack can make you go down sm especially since he was sick. I remember this one girls planet contestant….sadly forgot her name but her vocals were amazing and everyone always praised her vocals. But then a voice crack happened on stage and her ranking went so low 😔
Guys please vote for G group trainees in these last few days. It has been leaked by people who were at the live shooting that apart from Kill This Love team, all K group teams won the benefit of 110k points. Which, is 110k votes. This means that even the most popular G group trainees are at risk of elimination, while the least popular from K group suddenly have a huge leap. While I'd ofcourse love for the lesser popular K trainees to also make it further, the fact the benefit is so huge and decided by just the Korean audience shows that Mnet wants as much of G group out as early as possible. We need to protect G group against Mnet's bias
First, I appreciate the Chen Kuan Jui love. He was the KTL choreo leader- it is said, he learned the choreo just by looking at it. I think he did the best job portraying the original a bit feminine(?)charm of the song. Maybe not feminine, more seductive/sensual. I really liked him and as much as I do like Gunwook, I preferred CKJ’s interpretation. Also as a Mandarin speaker, I can say that from how Krystian spoke - he was anything but hostile. The other members of the group, Ricky and esp Brian (who isn’t even that good at Mandarin, like MY level lol) speak English and could also help translate. I do feel bad for Kamden as he said he felt left out but he could have engaged with them.

I have ADHD and cannot sit through long videos so watching these recaps have really helped. I always start to watch a show when the first episode is out and then get so behind because of the lengths of the episodes and needing to take breaks...that usually ends with me not finishing the show. So I really appreciate these 💕

G group "Kill this love" very stable from start to end.. they have the the balance of singing and dancing. Even though the K group 1st part look promising, but the 2nd part are crumbles and over the places.. they too focus on powerful dancing. The obvious few in episodes 3 are Park Gunwook, Krystian and Hui (Hui got me laugh with all those zooms and dramatic editing during LMR G team practice, yet this guy dodged the evil attempt with smile, soft talking and genuinely praised G team instead. Legend says Mnet is still trying to fish evil reactions from him) 🤣 Anyway for viewers who watch Mnet's survival show for the first time, Mnet has a long history of evil editing, hence the massive hate toward them. From produce 1 there's Heo Chanmi, from Produce 2 there's Ju Haknyeon & Choi Mingi (Nu'est Ren), produce 48 Huh Yunjin & Takeuchi Miyu, GP999 Caibing & Su Ruiqi... I wonder which one is better, joining the show but left unscathed because you barely got screen time, or getting a ton of screen time yet being evil edited, so you left the show with a stigma? That's why, please don't hate any trainee too much. At the end of the day, the common enemy is Mnet.

I strongly think that kamden was being left out/ignored by his members because of how evident his expression is. I can distinguish what emotion /how genuine the emotion ppl is showing (if this makes sense, I'm not a native english speaker so bare with my grammar) But this is just my opinion.

Hi, about the Krystian case. Its 100% evil editing and mnet was exposed. Le sapphire made a video about Krystian and this youruber exposed every scene! They made Krystian look bad because they don't want him in the team. Mnet has already their own favorites. Please, watch Le Sapphire video about Krytsian to understand. If you could speak about this in your next video or in this video (like I. The comments) would be great! Genuine question, what do ppl see in Yujin? I want to like him because whether anyone wants it or not, he’s going to debut in the finale. I just personally don’t find him worth looking out for. He’s a good dancer, has ok stage presence, but can’t rlly sing or rap.

After I watched the show I feel like mnet deliberately chose more inexperienced g group contestants than the k group. I get why they did that but same time 🤔. I saw the Dayeon edit coming for gunwook.i hoped it wouldn't happen but it did. Even though ktl k group did really well, I feel like the g group just had a different energy. If it were anyone else going against the k group ktl, I think they would have won. mnet evil editing sometimes is like a college student BSing an essay and hoping their teacher doesn't double check lol I can't take it seriously.

Okay, I have some thoughts on Park Gunwook, and don’t get me wrong, I love him, I vote for him, he’s in my top nine pick each time I vote, and I want him to debut, but, and this is a big but, he’s too confident, and I know that could be attributed to the show’s editing and I’ve enough clips of him to know he’s a baby(sweetheart) personified, but both times in his debut stage and the choosing of the teams, he tried a bit too hard, and that is his issue, now don’t get me wrong, I live for his strategic mind and tenacity to go for the top, but he puts too much on himself and others to prove/show that he’s meant to be in the final nine. I know that he can and will debut in the final group (possibly being the maknae of the group) but he needs to slow down, and K group’s performance of KTL was proof, he tried to hard to show off them as a K-pop boy group, and not actually perform the show, which is what G group did, spectacularly I’d like to say. So I’m conclusion, I love Gunwook and want to see him debut, but he needs to dial it back a bit. P.S. You don’t need to lure me into Kim Ji Woong fan club, I’ve been there for a very long time and want to see him debut as well.

From Krystian's PR Video you can tell that he was trying to appeal to the global and especially the US audience. I just can't wrap my head around why he would be so stupid to activly exclued and "discriminate" on of the only two US American contastants. It could be edited, in my opinion, and let me tell you why: Since Krystian was translating the conversations between everyone, there's a huge possibility that there were gaps missed in the conversation through edits. For example, them choosing roles and Kamden appearing frustrated can easily be done with editing different facial expressions and reactions with cutting the footage. Speaking English isn't the same as being fluent, and it's easier to communicate in your native tongue. So if Krystian is trying to translate a more complicated opinion from Chinese to English as the second fluent English speaker in the group, and Kamden isn't understanding, then Krystian asking Kamden not to rush him seems reasonable. Kamden being frustrated that he can't communicate effectively with his teammates is reasonable as well, and Mnet can easily frame that frustration as Kamden being deliberately excluded rather than a simple language barrier. Remember, Mnet is the same company that framed a Chinese contestant on Girls Planet dealing with a severe illness as being lazy and incompetent. The fact that this situation doesn't seem edited is the point. It could be, it could not be. But considering Mnet's history with Chinese trainees on past survival shows, I personally think it is manipulated.

3. Kamden did feel left out since he probably didn't know that krystian was mostly translating. I'm no way invalidating kamden's feelings. In fact I have been the kid whose family moves so much that I was almost never with ppl who spoke languages that I understood so I completely empathize with him.
Also, just to show how far mnet can evil edit:
1. The clip where kamden says that, "anyways we are a team so it was frustrating" is from a different day than when he is crying and says, "it was my first time so it was awkward and hard for me"
If you notice carefully that in the first clip kamden just had one piercing in the top part of his ear, but in the next clip, he is also wearing a hanging earing in the same ear. Which would show that these interviews were on different days or at least different times. So tbh he could be talking abt literally anything that was hard for him in that clip since it doesn't specify the krystian situation.
2. The reason why I believe that such an outrageous attempt could happen is the fu yanxing incident of girls planet. Idk if you're aware but another Chinese trainee was maliciously evil edited in girls planet where they show her saying, "we go up, but you don't" to yujin (context: fyx had performed a song by clc and yujin was a member of clc, similar to the hui and his song being performed situation) so it was portrayed as if she wanted to insult yujin. Where in reality, she was asked by the mnet pds to say this statement and then they edited it make her look bad. Yunjin and her were even friends.
Most probably this is a strategic move by mnet, if they want krystian out. After this controversy, krystian probably lost a bunch of voters, so even if he gets a redemption arc in the next episode, the voting for the elimination would end in 2 days and if mnet were successful they'll be able to easily get him out.
Lastly, from what I know krystian has been in the music industry for a few years and had been on at least 2 survival shows. So it would be quite dumb of him, to do something like this. But anyways, this was all I have discovered over some time. I am again truly sorry for the long post. Thank you if you read it completely:))

What happened most probably was that they chopped up the whole thing cause Brian and Ricky who speak English definitely wouldn't be ignoring kamden that badly.

I can‘t decide if Mnet hates or loves Gunwook. Like on the one hand he gets a lot of screentime and „special treatment“ with the whole the Masters haven‘t decided my star lever yet. On the other hand they seem to edit him as „controlling“ and „too confident“.

I think they want to give him a redemption arc where he ultimately humbles himself and realizes he that he's here to become part of a team and that he has to treat people as humans and not just as steps for him to win the competition.
I think they already got some of that in this episode. He's really been going along with this "K group is so much better than G group" idea and in this episode that is turned and he is humbled. So it kind of depends on whether he takes this "lesson" with him for the rest of the show, or if he reverts.
I think he also functions as a proxy for a part of the Korean audience that also has this K>G idea, to try to open their minds to G group members a bit.
I honestly think mnet really wants him in the team. I know mnet likes him ;)

I think jay was making smarter choices vocally than Hui. I agree with the coaches that Hui was doing to much and it wasn’t working. Hopefully he tones it down for their performance. It’s hard to compare both Jay’s and Hui’s actual vocals though because of how different their tones are. Hui gives very much Kpop and Jay western pop. Personally I enjoy Jay’s tone more but I think they would be great in a group together (honestly I think they are both too talented to be put in a 9 member mnet group) Hopefully later on in the show we get the g & k groups mixing with each other for performances

Mnet definitely tried to edit the languish barriers in Ggroup to fit their narrative. In Auju nice they made a big deal about Ggroup taking longer to make decisions then K group, and even mistranslated Ouju according to j0fans. They tried to make it look like their was infighting to create drama, but it just seems like they were struggling to communicate. Their are lot a of jump cuts in Krytians edit so I wouldn't be surprised if it was manufactured drama. Some people have pointed out that Brian's Mandarin isn't that great either so why is Kamden being portrayed as the only english speaker?

I think it’s because it looked like Krystian was going out of his way to talk over Kamden. Although the other boys weren’t much help and could’ve translated but didn’t I guess what sent viewers over the edge is the fact that it looked like Krystian was trying to take control and stop Kamden from talking.

Guys please vote for G group trainees in these last few days. It has been leaked by people who were at the live shooting that apart from Kill This Love team, all K group teams won the benefit of 110k points. Which, is 110k votes. This means that even the most popular G group trainees are at risk of elimination, while the least popular from K group suddenly have a huge leap. While I'd ofcourse love for the lesser popular K trainees to also make it further, the fact the benefit is so huge and decided by just the Korean audience shows that Mnet wants as much of G group out as early as possible. We need to protect G group against Mnet's bias
First, I appreciate the Chen Kuan Jui love. He was the KTL choreo leader- it is said, he learned the choreo just by looking at it. I think he did the best job portraying the original a bit feminine(?)charm of the song. Maybe not feminine, more seductive/sensual. I really liked him and as much as I do like Gunwook, I preferred CKJ’s interpretation.
Also as a Mandarin speaker, I can say that from how Krystian spoke - he was anything but hostile.
The other members of the group, Ricky and esp Brian (who isn’t even that good at Mandarin, like MY level lol) speak English and could also help translate. I do feel bad for Kamden as he said he felt left out but he could have engaged with them.

After I watched the show I feel like mnet deliberately chose more inexperienced g group contestants than the k group. I get why they did that but same time 🤔.
I saw the Dayeon edit coming for gunwook.i hoped it wouldn't happen but it did. Even though ktl k group did really well, I feel like the g group just had a different energy. If it were anyone else going against the k group ktl, I think they would have won.

Okay, I have some thoughts on Park Gunwook, and don’t get me wrong, I love him, I vote for him, he’s in my top nine pick each time I vote, and I want him to debut, but, and this is a big but, he’s too confident, and I know that could be attributed to the show’s editing and I’ve enough clips of him to know he’s a baby(sweetheart) personified, but both times in his debut stage and the choosing of the teams, he tried a bit too hard, and that is his issue, now don’t get me wrong, I live for his strategic mind and tenacity to go for the top, but he puts too much on himself and others to prove/show that he’s meant to be in the final nine. I know that he can and will debut in the final group (possibly being the maknae of the group) but he needs to slow down, and K group’s performance of KTL was proof, he tried to hard to show off them as a K-pop boy group, and not actually perform the show, which is what G group did, spectacularly I’d like to say.
So I’m conclusion, I love Gunwook and want to see him debut, but he needs to dial it back a bit.
P.S. You don’t need to lure me into Kim Ji Woong fan club, I’ve been there for a very long time and want to see him debut as well.

From Krystian's PR Video you can tell that he was trying to appeal to the global and especially the US audience. I just can't wrap my head around why he would be so stupid to activly exclued and "discriminate" on of the only two US American contastants.
Like, he has to now that that will make him look really bad.
The entire thing seems just super fishy to me, although when watching it didn't seem edited.

Let me present some discoveries that much help clear your head regarding this:
1. The group consists of 3 ppl who understand Chinese and English clearly - Krystian, Brian and Ricky, 3 ppl who only understand Chinese and no English- Chen jian yu, Feng jun lan and zhang shuaibo and 1 person who understands English - kamden
2. I'd like to clear that in most of the clips that we see, krystian is basically either translating what is being said in English to the trainees who don't understand English, or replying to their queries.
3. Kamden did feel left out since he probably didn't know that krystian was infact just repeating what he said in Chinese. I'm no way invalidating kamden's feelings. In fact I have been the kid whose family moves so much that I was almost never with ppl who spoke languages that I understood so I can empathize with him.
Also, just to show how far mnet can evil edit:
1. The clip where kamden says that, "anyways we are a team so it was frustrating" is from a different day than when he is crying and says, "it was my first time so it was awkward and hard for me" if you notice carefully that in the first clip kamden just had one piercing in the top part of his ear, but in the next clip, he is also wearing a hanging earing in the same ear. Which would show that these interviews were on different days. So tbh he could be talking abt literally anything that was hard for him in that clip since it doesn't specify the krystian situation.
2. The reason why I believe that such an outrageous attempt could happen is the fu yanxing incident of girls planet. Idk if you're aware but another Chinese trainees was maliciously evil edited in girls planet where they show her saying, "we go up, but you don't" to yujin (context: fyx had performed a song by clc and yujin was a part of that group, similar to hui) so it was portrayed as if she wanted to insult yujin. Where in reality, she was asked by the mnet pds to say this statement and then they edited it make her look bad.
Sorry for this long rant I just thought incase u need it to get this situation better. 😅
It could be edited, in my opinion, and let me tell you why:
Since Krystian was translating the conversations between everyone, there's a huge possibility that there were gaps missed in the conversation through edits. For example, them choosing roles and Kamden appearing frustrated can easily be done with editing different facial expressions and reactions with cutting the footage. Speaking English isn't the same as being fluent, and it's easier to communicate in your native tongue. So if Krystian is trying to translate a more complicated opinion from Chinese to English as the second fluent English speaker in the group, and Kamden isn't understanding, then Krystian asking Kamden not to rush him seems reasonable. Kamden being frustrated that he can't communicate effectively with his teammates is reasonable as well, and Mnet can easily frame that frustration as Kamden being deliberately excluded rather than a simple language barrier.
Remember, Mnet is the same company that framed a Chinese contestant on Girls Planet dealing with a severe illness as being lazy and incompetent. The fact that this situation doesn't seem edited is the point. It could be, it could not be. But considering Mnet's history with Chinese trainees on past survival shows, I personally think it is manipulated.
