Hi Louise!!! I work at the Dollar Tree and I found five of the jars at my store. I'm so excited to try these!!! Just remember, if you can't find them in a store near you, go on the website and order a box of them, they'll ship it to you or to your store for pick up.
Thanks Marcia! 😘Great tip, when I did this particular video, I remember there was like a shortage all of a sudden, but you’re right now the dollar tree has plenty and I even like you suggested, discovered the website.😉

Hi Louise! Thanks so much for including the disassembly and reassembly in your video! I really hadn't looked closely at the jars before. Love the ease of it all to make such pretty jar lids! These are so pretty!
You’re welcome Jennifer 💕and glad I could help. It’s quite easy and the resin doesn’t affect the fur!
New subscriber!
Awesome Oswald!💕thanks for coming by and commenting, hopefully I’ll see you again!!
Hi Louise. I love your tutorials on jar lids and lazy Susan’s. My question is - are the colors you add acrylics or resins? Tia
Hi Darci😘, these are all with acrylics, acrylic fluid paint, or with my pouring medium, which I listen in the description. I occasionally do a straight resin poor with colors applied, but not typically. But for all of my functional Art, I do top it off with a clearcoat of resin like I did here.
Thank you Louise! The colors are gorgeous! Did you resin or varnish these?
Thanks Deborah😘. I always resin these for bling and durability!
Ohh they are so beautiful, have to ask can I just Varnish them? I live in Denmark where many people use these jars. Resin is very expensive here, and I am running out of space 😂
Hello Birthes and welcome! Of course you can varnish these, I choose to rein them because it makes them quite shiny and provides good durability… but varnish would work just fine. I would do a couple coats for sure.
I love these, how long did you let these cure before resining??
Thank you Deborah🤍❤️ lids only about 7-10 days
Do you apply a top cover to protect the paint?
Yes Linda, I always resin the lids for bling and durability
Do you top coat with anything?
I always resin lids for bling and durability. I use KS resin.
looks like you finish them with resin, yes?
Yes, I always resin lids for bling and durability!
Wow.... Very good ❤❤❤
Thank you so much💕, so happy to see you here petanislamchess!♟️
