Awesome, thank you for this, I'm not a painter but I do so love watching other artists create.😁❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🕊️✌️😁🤗
Thank you - this was very helpful to me -. Beautiful colors ! Of the 2 you did in this video -- the one on the left I see the top part of a ladies face- in the bottom corner with a colorful hat or hair piece !
Hi Lauren, I love that you experiment with less complicated recipes. Can you tell me how you thickened your white base paint. I am new to this Fluid Art . I need it to be simple because there are so many recipes to figure out. I get very confused with all the techniques and what is the best recipe for each one. I tried the dutch pour technique and my paint consistency was just too thick and I made it more difficult then it should be.
Hi Claudia, thank you for watching! I relate to what you’re saying. I was so overwhelmed too by all the crazy recipes, so I keep it simple. I use Amsterdam standard brand for most of my paints. It’s affordable but very high quality, so you can just mix it with water, no need for any other ingredients. To thin the white, I just added water.. I accidentally made it too thin in this video so I added more white paint to thicken it back up a little. Simple 🤗
Thank you for this very informative video. Its what ive been looking for awhile now. I like the golden medium one. Looking forward to more experiments.
This is super helpful!! I’m trying to teach myself and watch all these RUclips channels to learn! I finally found the answers to some questions! Thank you!
Thanks for sharing it and now that you show it up on the wall dry I'm going with the creative inspiration the one on the left my left is my favorite of those two they're all beautiful.
They are both beautiful (as always) I can’t decide which one I like better! But I love using gold sooo the one on my right. Thank you for sharing your talent Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours
I like them both as well I don't know if I'm leaning more towards my left you're right the color combinations are pretty I'm curious as to what size canvas it's like a 8x10 or if it's it's hard to tell if it's 10x10 or an oblong length. That you have two totally different effects. Sweet.
I’m new to this and have a problem getting cells and lacing. PLEASE would you tell me the ratios of acrylic paint to water. I’m probably getting it wrong. You are fantastic … love your work
Very informative!! Thank you so very much for sharing this with us!! Is there a chart somewhere that tells you how much paint you will need for different canvas sizes? I know there are a bajillion techniques but, is there a general amount to base your starting point from? I have never done fluid art so, I’m just curious how you know how much paint to mix? It’s probably trial & error, right?! Thank you again, this info is so very helpful!!!❤❤
Thank you! I’m happy it was helpful. I kind of just wing it and hope for the best 😂 but I’ve heard of 1 ounce of paint per 25 square inches of canvas from The Left Brained Artist 🥰
I like both ❤ ! Thank you for sharing your art and experiments 🙏 I wonder if your colours are a little bit thicker than your base ? Thank you so much 🥰
One is creative inspirations and one is Golden Gloss medium, I was doing an experiment 😊 I like them both. When I started out I used paint, floetrol and water too. Happy to answer questions.
Beautiful artwork. Iam from Germany and I have problems to understand what pouring medium it is? Is it the GAC 800 Golden medium or what is the complete name of it. Thank you for your help and your nice videos.
Is the first coat just acrylic white paint or is it mixed with something else, like pouring medium? And what are their ratios? And also are you using a butane torch or hot hair dryer to move the paint?
Hi! I’m using a butane torch to pop air bubbles and using a Revlon travel size hair dryer on warm heat to blow the paint. The products and recipe are all in the description 🤗
Each painting is using a different medium. The cells I was trying to achieve are in the painting on the right: Golden Medium Gloss mixed into the gold and copper. That and using Amsterdam titanium white mixed with water as the base. There’s no cell activator or Australian floetrol here, just a combination of different products I found will make cells 😊
Your paintings are pretty. I do like the one on the left. But your technique is actually a Dutch Pour. A Bloom is with much thicker paint and blown out minimal and then spun out to get a wide effect of cells and lacing. Rinska Douna has created a technique with Dutch Pour and Bloom to create a beautiful flower.
Cells can look like round bubbles of color that pop up through other colors. Lacing is the same concept but more connected like a web and resembles lace. Thank you for watching 😊
Very nice! I will share this video with my Pouring Group!
The Metallic drizzle looks Like A Crying Tear Statiuesc Abstract View With Wild hair or hat❤❤ Love Both of them...Ty for Sharing
Thank you so much! ☺️
IT'S BEAUTIFUL PAINTING AND DIFFICULT TO CHOOSE BETWEEN THEM.🌺I LOVE THEM ALL.🌺
Thanks Lauren!! A lot of information!! Very helpful!!
They are all beautiful!! Have a wonderful day!!💜😊
Thank you so much Judy! So happy I figured it out! Have a wonderful day too! ❤️❤️

Thanks for sharing your research and conclusion. Very interesting. Both pieces are beautiful but my favourite is the one with golden pouring medium🥰
Thank you Simona! ❤️

Olga Soby has a chart that you can put in the size of your canvas and it tells you how many ounces you need.
Wunderschön💐❤❤💫👍🙏🏻
Thank you so much! 🥰
Thank you for sharing x
You are so welcome! 🤗
Very nice
Thank you!
I like both ❤ ! Thank you for sharing your art and experiments 🙏 I wonder if your colours are a little bit thicker than your base ? Thank you so much 🥰
Thank you! 🥰 That gold on the second painting certainly was 😂 it thickened up too much while it sat out.
Thank you very much 🙏
You’re welcome, thank you for watching!
They are all beautiful. Can you tell me which Golden PM you use?
Thank you Mary! It was Golden Medium Gloss 😊
Which two pouring mediums did you use please? I'm new to this so am trying to figure out what I need to get.😊
One is creative inspirations and one is Golden Gloss medium, I was doing an experiment 😊 I like them both. When I started out I used paint, floetrol and water too. Happy to answer questions.

Can you please tell me why do you use flame over painting and what can we use instead of we don't have that then ??
It is to pop the air bubbles that get trapped in the paint. There are also heat tools you can use with no flame, just hot air.
@@LaurenMichelleArt ok 👍🏻 thanks for sharing
By Golden, are 😮😮😮 you referring to GAC?
No I just use their regular gloss medium. Thank you for watching! 🤗
Which color was your cell activator please ??
Each painting is using a different medium. The cells I was trying to achieve are in the painting on the right: Golden Medium Gloss mixed into the gold and copper. That and using Amsterdam titanium white mixed with water as the base. There’s no cell activator or Australian floetrol here, just a combination of different products I found will make cells 😊
How much does this kind of paint cost?

@@crystalellsworth1538 thank you, I appreciate your kind words! I just love fluid art so much 🤗
Where is the description ? All I can see are comments
It should be right underneath the title. Click on “…more”. Thanks for watching 🤗
Bonsoir magnifiques tableaux j’adore
Mais pour vous suivre puis-je avoir la transcription en français merci
Hi Arlette, thank you for watching. You can turn on the written French translation in your RUclips settings. 🤗
❤❤❤❤❤
🤗🥰
The golden has more depth to mr👍
Thanks for watching and for your feedback! 🤗
Very interesting and helpful. However, it is rather difficult to hear you, so maybe use a microphone or get closer to your recording device?
Thank you!
Define lacing ..plz .
