Well done. You share information in an easy manner, and make the job look simple.
Thanks. I had the "machine gun" effect with a similar faucet and taking the spigot out and cleaning the diverter assembly fixed it.
Mine sticks. Thanks for posting.
I learned something new today. Thanks, Roger
I was hoping I'd learn to fix mine. . It keeps getting stuck ON spray.. not fun 😒
Thanks Rodger.I work at the st.Louis zoo got my sprayer fixed and then this happened.
🏃♂️💨ahhhhh! 🦍💨💨💨🚿
Thanks Roger
I replaced the entire sprayer head on mine because it was making a "glug" sound like there was trouble with pressure. Then it made a machine gun type sound and lost water pressure in the entire faucet. Happened with the old AND new head. I replaced the entire faucet almost 2 years ago and this has recently started. What could cause this to be happening? This issue is not present when the sprayer head is removed completely from the hose, however.
Well mines opposite, it sprays when i turns on but it never switches back
Getting a different issue. I stalled the new diverter, and water still comes out of the sprayer and handle. The handle won't turn off.
It's not the sprayer. It's where I detach it under the sink. The water went stop coming out.
Same exact thing happening with mine. I replaced the hose and about a week later it started happening after I just replaced the cartridges in the handles. The hot water is about half the original pressure as well. Cold water is fine. The connector underneath the sink appears to be fine but I haven’t checked the diverter inside the sink head yet as it seems like I’m opening a new can of worms every time I do something lol. Will check the diverter first, then try a new connector piece if that doesn’t work. But with the hot water pressure issue that isn’t an issue in any other part of the house, I think it will be the diverter. Other comments about it happening after they replaced the sprayer have made me feel better about that hunch. Good luck!
