Solved my low water pressure problem in a few minutes. Thank you very much. Saved me a lot of $. I did not know about the small screen in the faucet head. :)

Thank you so much!! This faucet was installed less than a year ago and I couldn’t figure out why the water pressure was decreasing over the past week. There was some sediment and black film stuck to the filter screen. After cleaning that off and rinsing out the head, it works like new again! Much simpler than I thought it would be.

The valve in inside the faucet could be bad. I do not think there is a way to replace or repair that.

Thank you, it definitely did the trick.
I had cleared the aerator, back flushed the cold, hot water and spray lines and I still had no pressure and had not realized that there was that small "screen" in the handle which in my case was a plastic ring with teeth piece that was clogged, as well the plastic tube inside the spiral steel pull out was kinked when it was attached to the spray handle.

So glad I finally found the answer. When I saw the opening of the video, I said, "that's my faucet." Then when you asked, have you just moved into a new home..." I knew I would find the answer. Our faucet over the course of our first week here dwindled to a trickle. I followed your instructions and began thinking this wasn't the problem because flushing it out and tapping -- nothing came out. So I grabbed a Q-tip and began wiping the screen and the Q-tip was dirty. I repeated with two more and gave it a go. Viola!

I'm a recent landlord and this video just saved me. I tried troubleshooting the hose under the sink first and it wasn't the issue. I got a "well at least you tried" and it made me determined to fix the issue! I found your video because I wasn't sure how difficult it would be to take apart the facet. Went back and tried this and found the culprit; a clogged small filter inside. Got a praise and high five and redeemed myself, Lol Thanks!!!

Who knew that 2 years later you’d still be helping people? Water pressure coming out of my kitchen faucet was pathetic.. my condo is definitely not a new build.. built in 1980’s, but we have a horrible problem with calcium and it’s build up. I took the head off and soaked it in a cup of vinegar because I know that will help dissolve that.. After soaking the entire head for about 15 minutes, I put the head back on and I have water pressure again!! You just saved me from the extra work of replacing a faucet that is only a few years old, not to mention the cost!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!
