totally appreciate you doing this so thank you and who cares if it’s not perfect. I cleaned out the condensate drain trap and didn’t get E10 error code anymore. Just a reminder to put a little bucket or cup underneath to catch the 1/4 cup of water that came out.
I follow these three steps and now it’s working
i have the exact same navien 4yrs old DHW was fine no Boiler heat tho watched the video never thought about thermocouple cleaned it and runnin fine till i get anew one
Ever thought of doing video of a full combi navien? I get nervous about not having replacement gaskets for exchanger etc.

Thank you for this. I'll give this a try on our NPE-240S. It's giving us the 003 error code. If I need to replace it, how does the long, thin black wire connect/disconnect?
Thats for the flame sensor. It comes with a whole harness not alone. Did it break ?
@@shielduniversity419 No, but if I wanted to replace the rod assembly that wire needs to be able to disconnect from it somehow?
@@shielduniversity419 Or the wire must disconnect from somewhere deeper inside the unit.
