Navien's advanced training class

- I was invited to Naviens advanced training class a few weeks ago. I drove up to the academy from Florida because I was bringing my video equipment and I wanted to use my own tools because it a live fire training.
I must say this was one of the most complete training courses I have ever attended and Shawn Marshall the head trainer is one of the most knowledgeable and efficient trainers I have ever had the pleasure to know.
This is a two-day course that lasts around 16 hours. It's located in Moorestown New Jersey (800-516-8794 ext-190) You will have to get there on your own.

Again, I highly recommend this training because they touch on out of the box training.

I can't believe that you have changed to this company while it symbolizes the complete opposite of what your channel represents. Your channel represents help to the community with honesty, humility, and sincerity. This new company does have any of these traits whatsoever. I appreciate all the information and help that i have gained from your experience. I wanted to give the company the opportunity to use one of these units (NAVIEN NPE-240S2) on my own home, which isn't the most affordable. I had some questions regarding the installation and I contacted the customer service, which I thought would be of help. I realized how the way they treated me has nothing to do with your channel. I believe that I'll be staying with the company that didn't take you into account. I now understand why you said in the past you would never change from rinnai. I wish you the best for your channel and I am thankful for all of the knowledge shared throughout your social media's. I wish NAVIEN had the same mindset as you do. In my professional experience a sole product does not gain the customers trust, it is the customer care and treatment that does.

The commercial boiler is an
Navien NFB-301C 301,000 BTU. They do have an NFB-399c also though.

rheem tankless.. tankless is the way to go.. great space saving :-) costly up front though :-)
Do you know of any controllers similar to the discontinued BC-100v?
Can you do a video on a code 14 I m lose what should I look for I lose hot water every 5 mins it stops heating the water and it humming loader then I remember
