I cleaned the trap on the bottom. It was filled with dirt. The hot water worked right away. Thanks a lot.

Thanks! Condensate trap was sludgy. Appreciate that tip. Note to homeowners to put a bucket under trap when you unclip and clean it out as you’ll get 1/4 cup of gunky water coming out.

Great video . I liked how you point out that the exhaust pipes were too close , I will make sure my install is done correctly and have the screen covers followed by keeping them apart . Cheers 🇨🇦

This was an exact replacement for the old one that lasted about 10 years. ruclips.net/user/postUgkx7yWIKcrbA9KMHkGSfcgxW2lsjHT6B8Sh The top of my mitigation tube by my roofline was just a 90 elbow which allowed too much debris to fall down into the fan, eventually ruining it. Without this issue, I bet it would have kept running another 10 years. When I replaced this fan, I added an extra elbow joint so the top tube now it does a 180, which should solve that problem. The radon guys around here wanted to charge me a $300 diagnostic fee, then parts/labor (probably close to $600 total). I installed this all by myself in about an hour for the cost of the fan; it would probably be even easier/faster with two people. FYI the manufacturer's warranty greatly differs depending on whether you install it yourself (1 yr warranty) or have a licensed installer do it (10 yrs).

Thank you sir! I didn’t think to look at the condensate drain. I was hearing a gurgling from the boiler. I couldn’t understand how air would be getting in the system but that’s because I wasn’t. The gurgling was from the condensate. I saw an e003 error and e110 errors for reference. About a half cup of water came out of the drain then gurgling sound was gone.

I got a nasty surprise when I removed the white cap, ensure to put a small bucket under! Any tips for dropping PSI? My max is 16.7, I recall it used to hit 22 a couple years ago.

Thanks. Mine would not turn on. I was getting error 22. Then I was getting error 27. My air intake screen was pretty dirty. Cleaned it. Still wouldn't go. Went outside & cleaned what I think was the soffit vent for it. Still wouldn't go. So next I pulled off that water condensation catcher cover. What a mess! Should have warned me to put a small bucket under it 1st. Filthy water went everywhere. About 1/2 liter I'd guess. I put the cover back on while still spraying out. I wasn't sure if it would stop. If maybe it was perhaps needing the input water shut off. But I went & got a small bucket & tried again & it did finish running out pretty quick after. I had a big mess of filthy water spray to clean up. The white cap was quite full of grunge. Had to dig it out about an inch deep. Compacted dirt. Then I cleaned it & put back in. I cleaned all inside the unit, also the outside & all around to make it look nice. And have it all dry. I gave it a quick check & turned it on. It works. Yay. So I guess I was experiencing both of your 1st two common issues. My unit is a Navien NP240 NG. I live in White Rock, British Columbia, Canada. Thanks for saving me hundreds of dollars. Didn't cost me a dime.

My 3 way valve went on mine and it is only 2 yo. The symptom was 777 LWCO going off every now and then. Found only once summer hit because another symptom is that the base board pipes got hot when water called. Finally got no hot water.
