I'm trying to get in the habit of doing this first thing in the morning. It does help the body. I used to hear snap, crackle, pop in my cereal, now at 71 years young, I hear it in my body when I do this routine.
I’m glad it helps! I actually add these type of routines into my calendar. It helps me stay consistent:)

Yup! Although it's nothing magical:) I follow 80/20- 80% whole foods (veggies, fruit, whole grains, lean meat) and 20% other stuff!

Loving your videos. What would you recommend for pain in the outside of the knee after walking even as little as a mile. Worse going downhill.

I am trying to do as many videos as I can before my graveyard shift tonight at the Foundry lol but this is gonna get me on the right track. I had been overstretching in the wrong directions using bad stretches and have dual inguinal hernia and abdominal hernia. But fighting hard !!!!

"duty belt backlash"..its from carrying heavy weight on mid and lower back while running up and down slopes/uneven ground and obstacles....this exercise is awesome..loosens my lumbar..thank you and bless you

That’s a tough one! Be careful not to overstretch so you don’t aggravate the nerve. I don’t have a RUclips video on a nerve glide for this but I’m betting there is one and it would be beneficial.

I know you can help just one person but maybe tell me that one of your videos would help me. I had my knee replaced about 9 months ago but still can put on my sock. If feels like a sciatic nerve pain or another woman told me, it was a band that runs up the back of the leg. I do you back exercises and they really work, Thank You

Dr Kristie i am started my workout watching your videos and they are really helpfull but1 month a go i had an injury to my shoulder and i thought it was a normsal injury and i rested for 10 days but things are not getting better ,could you Please suggest as due to covid restrictions i cannot leave my house ,Thank you

I must ask you. On ABS you hold Belly Button in, is back flat on floor?
You want to be in your neutral spine. That’s the position that’s most comfortable for your back. Since everyone’s spine is different, that position is different for everyone. Once you find that position, that’s what you want to hold.

I am curious why you did not keep your lower back pressed to the ground on your supine position exercises... Is it just overrated?
Great question! Everyone’s spine is different. It’s important that you find the position your spine is most comfortable in and try to maintain that position.
I know this is irrelevant but do you make videos at the same time? Either that or the clock behind you is bad. I swear it reads the same time. Great workout though. In fact I'm going to start with it today. Thanks, Doc.

It's so hard to do when your weight 100kg+. Really so hard for morning workout. It's feel like full body training
