Dear Doctor- I estimate very much that you are including the full body - please continue workouts like that, because your female muscularity and fitness is very esthetic, so you could empower and enlarge all your muscles without any problem in my view!
So, what ARE those 'supporters of the shoulders' that should be working? 6:23 And what do the side-to side rocking and pelvic tilt lunges work? 3:58... Thanks, as always! Fantastic workouts!
Thanks!! The supporters are the scapular stabilizers like the middle and lower trapezius. The tilts and shifts are working on the pelvis and deep abs:)
I really work out based on how my body is feeling, which can vary greatly. Pre workout I typically do a little elliptical and mobility routine and post I Derma Edge and stretch.
I vote for more stuff like this on Patreon! with maybe different emphasis each week or month (whenever you can fit in recording...sorry, I meant to respond to the message on Patreon earlier).
They typically come in a group with light, moderate, heavy, and extra heavy. When I work with clients, I typically start with light to medium and move up if it’s too easy. Just like with weights, it should be tiring by 10-12 reps but not so much that you lose for or can’t move!
Uhm sorry, anything for a stiff lower back that's not sore? I can't dress myself, regardless the time of the day; I just can't bend; like being pregnant, go laterally

Very nice and subtle (sneaky) combination of movements. That static bridge while using the dumbbells was cool. Making me a believer in the loop bands.

Thanks! The feet angled out and legs wider works the adductors (inner thigh muscles) more:)
