Dr Kristie, Are you able to make the video sound louder please? All of your other great videos are sound perfect but this one is very low so when i turn it up and ads come on the ads are blasting. I’m 59 with degenerative joint disease (had hip replacement) and DJD in right knee. Have been doing various other knee friendly workouts for 2 + years. I finally started seeing and feeling better results along with muscle definition after doing several of your videos for the past few months. Love your fun comments too. Thank you so much!
Your audio levels are really low. While on regular You Tube try this: adjust your TV or computer audio volume to a comfortable volume during viewing of any video containing several ads, focusing on audio levels of the ads. Then, without adjusting the volume play one of your recent videos form your channel content. You'll see what I mean.
