I just came I’m from doing yard work and an early mowing with a walk behind mower. Your video came up. What a great way to relax and unwind my muscles. They were definitely warmed up before starting. The gentle background music and your soothing voice were a relaxing bonus. I’m totally relaxed and no muscle aches

I used to be strong and flexible but lost all of it when I had a severe broken arm and couldn’t get down on the floor to do yoga. I’m 70 years old and getting back it movement has been difficult. I’m so happy I found your channel. I’m a big fan. I appreciate your “breathe” and “what feels good for you”. Having a positive experience with my body has lifted by depression. Body positive! So kind

great video very informative as are all the videos i have seen from your channel. do you have any more recommended stretches for neck shoulders, cuffs, and triceps ? i would like to follow more of your advice in caring for those areas.
So basically once you get your leg crossed, you stretch in all directions I never thought about all the different ways you could stretch in that one position. Got my workout for the weekend! 🙂
Dr. Ennis, are these stretches sage to do if a hip is sore? I tweaked my right hip during a recent Essentrics Aging Backwards class and it’s very uncomfortable. I want to rehab it at home but I want to be careful too. Thank you.

Me too Becky.. OA in both knees, one worse than the other. I"ve had Synvisc One injections which did not help much. My best aids right now are "Recovery" by Purica supplement, Arnica topical gel, and doing leg extensions and hamstring curls with resistance bands to maintain strength and stability.. plus walking 30 min a day. Would love to get back to swimming as soon as covid restrictions allow. Best Wishes for improved strength and mobility.
HELP! You’re my last chance of finding out, WHAT can I do to help with the INNER THIGH (adductor) muscles? These all went into severe muscle spasms from taking over for IT stiffening and pain! Now that my IT band is loosened up, all these inner thigh muscles are still hurting very bad from backing up the IT band! Please, please help! No one else does! Thanks 🙏

Nice would these stretches give my back the healing it needs. As I pulled my back from lifting a diaphragm from the quad guards on Monday last week.
