Thank you, I wore a back brace for scoliosis 40 years ago, and my spine is still stiff, and I do static stretching 5 times a week! This will be I great addition for help with mobility.
thanks again - I just did all these before going to sleep - it felt great. :) I'll keep these close in mind for when I'm tired of sitting at work, too - quick 5 minute stretch is good for the mind, too!
I love how dynamic these stretches are. My biggest challenge with stretching is patience. I just don't have the patience to get into a static stretch position and hold it for 30 seconds, especially when doing many stretches in sequence. I need to keep moving. These are just the kind of stretches that I need! Thank you. Anymore for the rest of the body? Thanks again. Great video.
I found you! A year ago this was my go-to video whenever my spine felt tight. I loved this routine & it worked magic. So I added you to my overly ambitious subscribtion list. Yesterday I scrolled through my list, to no avail. I only remembered that your name began with a "K." I would have easily found this video if I didn't save it to a wrong category. I finally did a search for a Dr. K and added a brief description. And here you are. Your brief but knowledgeable technique work immediately. Actually I just wanted to express my appreciation. Sorry this is long; I usually open with a warning that I don't seem able to respond to videos without some kind of back story 😉🌺🏋

Dr Kristie, I just viewed some of your videos and noticed the clock on the wall does not change time. The clock needs a new battery. Great exercise videos.
This is real fitness for average people. Which means the large majority. Wierd so few are interested. Keep it up, lady! Perhaps it's time to consider kind of progressive course, structured by some kind of criteria. May be that would appeal a larger audience., or target a particular niche. A lesson per week would go for some 4-5 years. Then you can start all over by some other approach. As well you may think of a dedicated website, with several subscription plans, addressing different categories of attendants, and optional one-on-one workshops by request. I could help you with this kind of stuff. Feel free to contract any other developer you feel comfortable to work with. I'll be anyways glad for you to get some consistent benefit for your valuable expertise.

Hi , i have spinal stenosis and just watched a video for that and this guy said not to do side bends to right, arching back or rotation to left. Are your exercises ok for spinal stenosis?
It truly all depends on what movements affect your symptoms. If the stenosis is on one side, than rotation and side bending in one direction typically increases symptoms. Extension typically does as well. Check out this video: ruclips.net/video/Dmz1C7vhywE/видео.html
That’s something that would be a good idea to talk to your doctor about since I’m not sure what your herniation is. Most, but not, all do better with extension.
Hi Kristie. I've just subbed. Your video on plantar fasciitis is what got me. I'm wondering if you have anything for Diastasis Recti? I may also have MS. I have no muscle tone/strength and my core is completely gone. Would love some advice. Ibe been trying the core squeezes they recommend but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. Your advice would be much appreciated. I'm in terrible shape rn in bed with pinched hip nerve and need to start regular therapy somehow. 🙏
Check out my video on diastasis and let me know if this helps:) sometimes it’s easier to start with band work to engage the abs, like a pallof press or even just pull backs. ruclips.net/video/-y779bCn8jY/видео.html
Without knowing the details of your surgery, it’s difficult to say. I always make sure my patients use pain as a guide. This is a workout I do and I do have some knee pain:)
Thanks Doc, Short and results driven!
