    I found this video more scintific and practical. wanted to know that is there any relation between breath ratio and deases e.g. 1:4:2:2 kumbhak breath ratio is to cure diabetes

    In combination of 1..2..1..2. ..that is .4..8..4..8. the ratio of out should be more than in to bring balance... And the ratio of hold should be more than both purak and rechak.
    That's mathematics... And which bring balance.. If Purak is 2 than rechak should be 4 and kumbak should be 8
    Example.. 4 in....16 hold...8 out..16hold ..
    What say... Pls reply..i shall appreciate 🙏
