Wow, rest to his soul...that was beautiful...still something I come back to for around 10 years now...
His website seems to no longer be up. I just checked on Facebook. He passed on 28/1/2018 from a chronic illness and he lived for 2 years longer than expected from it. I didn't know he was gone though. I remember first watching this 9 years ago (still have my original comment here saying "It's like an orgasm to my ears! I can't get enough of this song!!!") May he rest in peace and his music bring joy to those who cherish it for all of time.

Its bold, but not revolutonary. Plenty of guitarist use 3 neck guitars, and smarter one. His has 2 classical necks. Nothing different between them except the fact that he play them at the same time simulating 2 guitars at once. Cool, but not revolutionary. Been done.
The point of multi neck guitars is to get two necks that are different, or more. a 6 string and then a 12 string, the 6 string for single notes, the 12 string for chords. Some people add a third neck that is a 6 string fretless.
I agree that this is something quite interesting, but not new.

Yeah, his technique is nice, but you know what really makes him great? Look at his facial expressions while he plays. He FEELS the music. He knows it like a childhood friend. That's what makes a musician.

The bow sold me! I can dig it! It does seem a bit random but nearing the 4 minute mark it gets really good. The idea of the two distinct tones of the 6 strings is very cool! He's got some nasty chops ......Those who can't hear the music in this prolly can't hear what Stravinsky and Bartok were all about either.
Agreed! It sounds a bit random but very well thought out. I think it would take at least up to a year to perfect this even on a regular acoustic guitar with all the licks being a lot of 16th up to 30 second notes

EmmaLane87 30 second note? Lol I guess thats a very long note. Now a 32nd is probably what you are attempting to say, only there are no 32nd notes in this piece perhaps the reverb is tricking you. Are we pretending to be a musician?
Eamonn Neeson If you can't feel the quarter beat I can see how you would feel that way. You could theoretically fit a piece of music in all sorts of meters. You could take a song that was meant for 6/8 and notate it as 3/4 but it wouldn't truly represent the piece because with 6/8 there is also a swing of 2 that is present that isn't in song written in 3/4. So yes you could notate this with a slower bpm but it wouldn't represent the music correctly and it would be a headache to notate.
