I too was using Estes music to fall asleep when I had broken myself up on a motorcycle accident. W
I found Estes at that time and it absolutely healed me allowed me to rest without the use of Drugs .
About a year later I was so fortunate that he was playing in New york city Manhattan Borough college.
Wouldn't you know I fell asleep 20 min in to the trip...

If someone has told me that there is a 30 mins guitar solo, would you like to listen ? I would say come on it is boring, guitar is not such an instrument. However, this performance is just unbelievably good. I don't know how many times I've listened to this. I listen before I sleep, after waking up, while I am travelling on the bus, when I am depressed, while i am questioning my life and the existence of the universe. It is just like a novel. It tells you stories.. It throws you from somewhere to somewhere. It is very soothing. It is meditating!
