Custom chassis part 2 extended rails

With the extensions in place this thing is looking sensational. Warming up to its new appearance, the ideas are flowing.

Right on , the joins are definitely not finished. I plan to plate them fully sealed. I definitely thought about the birdmouth joins/pie cut/crosscuts but I probably still would plate them afterwards. (The location of the welds would be ideal jack points ) once plated..
