Welding on the chassis rails

With the new sides in, I have really got something solid to work with. Still a touch of work to really finish them off but overall they turned out great . Some really cool mods will be added to give it that real old school look.

Like what im watching, so you have another new subscriber. Scrolling through previous content as we speak. On to the the cab frame, as i have more air than rust holding my cab together. Nice work by the way.

Just found your channel and am enjoying your content. A couple of points on the rails, I would have angled the joints and used fish plates to improve the strength of the joins and I would have modified and lowered the x frame to bring it down level with the chassis top. It would have made it a lot easier to fit the body.
Looking forward to see see where go go with this moving forward 👍🏼

cheers mate I thought over the chassis many times . putting in a tunnel to suit the cross member not the torque tube /tail shaft . ( not straight)
