I made it! Very good and tasty recipe! Only change was I subbed with real lemon juice vs just lemon extract. Very tender and soft , with no strong taste of coconut!

Lovely. I've been meaning to encourage you to try wild blueberries in your blueberry recipes. They're the true blueberry, bursting with amazing blueberry flavor and beautiful in baked goods. They make an easy luscious compote for topping everything from pancakes to cheesecake and they don't pop out of keto baked goods like the large ones. Their nutritional profile and intense flavor by far exceeds the newer breed. I make parfaits for my girls and sprinkle in a handful as well as a handful of strawberries and they're just phenomenal. Dehydrate them and blitz them in a coffee grinder for beautiful dessert art that tastes amazing! I also flavor yogurt naturally using the powdered berries. I use Wyman's and Trader Joe's brand. I can't go back to the conventional which tastes mostly like water to me. 😅🤷🏽♀️ Bakery style blueberry muffins (which are my favorite) are exceptional with their addition. Your gorgeous creations can only be complimented by their deliciousness. 🥰💗 Thanks again for all you do! 😘
