I just made this batch of deliciousness this morning and had a small slice. Since I opted not to use the glaze, I increased the sweetener per the recipe. I still wanted the lemony goodness, so I added fresh lemon zest and lemon juice to the batter. It is moist and delicious!
That's great! When you add the lemon juice into the batter, you can reduce the whipping cream accordingly so that the cake will not be overly moist. Thanks so much for your feedback 🙏

What a fantastic recipe Elsie. I made this today & we enjoyed it after dinner. It's super super moist & delicious 😋 I didn't do the glaze so I doubled the amount of the monk fruit & I even added a few drops of stevia & it turned out just great. As always another great recipe. Thank u my friend ❤❤❤

Can you use frozen blueberries and i didnt see a link for s weigh machine .

Yes, you can, but try to drain off as much excess liquid as possible after thawing so that the cake won't be too soggy
