That looks soooo delicious Elsie ……. and another easy recipe as well. You’re so kind to those of us who prefer the easy way to baking…… 😅 and your recipes are always yumm 😋😊❤
Elsie, I love how you always have some options like greek yogurt, sour cream, pan size etc. It helps us alot. Thank you for all your hard work and of course, sharing your wonderful recipes. Hope you and your family have a terrific Thanksgiving 😊 ❤!
I immediately jumped into this video! I love all things coffee and I'm sure I'm going to be making this one very soon! Thank you so much for another awesome recipe, always innovating with your baking 😊🤗
Y’all, I made this for Thanksgiving. You need to make this. If you love coffee and not sickening sweet deserts. Winner winner, a nice cup of coffee and this muah, chefs kiss !!
If there's something I would love to make by your authoring would be a Ferrero Rocher Kind of bars. Hazelnut bars with a chocolate glaze 😊 it's an idea for Christmas if someday you can or want to make an addition to your collection of recipes 🤗
Looks so delicious and a much easier version than a traditional tiramisu cake. I would love to try this some time. You are so creative, Elsie. Thank you for this recipe; very generous of you sharing it with us on here🙂💙
It should, except the height of the cake, may be shorter or higher depending on the size of your pan. 1.5 portion for 9 inch pan should yield a normal height, I think.
In the second option yes the flours are doubled but if you noticed, she added baking soda and baking powder to the second option. The first flour mix does not have the soda and baking powder.
Good morning Elsie, I was wondering if I could use avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil instead of melted butter? If so, would I use the same amount in grams or would I use just 80% of it? Thank you.
No. The recipe is as stated in the full written recipe. Just mix the both dry and wet ingredients together then divide the batter equally and add coffee mixture into one of the portions. Which flour option you made? Did you weigh the ingredients?
I just completed baking the cake. But top part of the cake crack during baking and slight burnt on the top. Is it due to the temp is too hot. Seek your guidance.
Yes, try and bake at a lower rack and at lower temperature as mentioned for 30 minutes, then increase the heat for another 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can bake it at a lower heat throughout for a longer period. If the top is browning too fast, just cover with a foil.

Thank you so much for this recipe, it is super delicious 🤤
That's great! Thanks so much for your feedback ❤️
If I use one and half portion of everything, can I bake it in a 9 inch round pan? Would it come out the same? Thank you
It should, except the height of the cake, may be shorter or higher depending on the size of your pan. 1.5 portion for 9 inch pan should yield a normal height, I think.
@@lowcarbrecipeideas thank you so much 😊
In the description box I think ther's a mistake, the flour options are the same flours in doubled quantity
This is a combo of almond and coconut flour. I have provided the option of using solely almond flour and coconut flour, respectively
In the second option yes the flours are doubled but if you noticed, she added baking soda and baking powder to the second option. The first flour mix does not have the soda and baking powder.
Hi Elsie, thanks for the video. May I ask if I can make this using Nespresso coffee rather than instant coffee powder? 😊
Is its the premix type that can dissolve in water then it's fine
Good morning Elsie, I was wondering if I could use avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil instead of melted butter? If so, would I use the same amount in grams or would I use just 80% of it? Thank you.
Yes you can, Cathy. The ratio is the same at 80 ml.
@@lowcarbrecipeideas thank you Elsie 😊!
Hi! Chef could i use all coconut flour?
Yes, I provided the options in the description box below video. Option 2 is for coconut flour only at 80 g
Dobyoubdoble the wet ingredients when youbuse the second flour mix option? Because mine was dry without doubling the wet ingredients
No. The recipe is as stated in the full written recipe. Just mix the both dry and wet ingredients together then divide the batter equally and add coffee mixture into one of the portions. Which flour option you made? Did you weigh the ingredients?
So nice 🍻
