    In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through a full body kettlebell workout designed to build up your strength and endurance.
    We are huge fans of kettelbell workouts because they are great for both building strength through resistance and also challenging your cardiovascular system. Kettlebell exercises are the perfect balance between weight training and cardio workouts when done properly.
    This is a full body standing routine geared more towards an advanced level so be sure to preview this workout in full before attempting it. Also be sure to use a kettlebell weight that is not too heavy and is a comfortable for you. This may mean choosing a lighter weight than what you are used too. Remember to only do movements that you are comfortable and that don't cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take breaks when you need to.

    Dear Meredith, thank you so much! It has been really tough! First, I didn't consider the weight of my kettlebell, second, I didn't realize how long this session would be, third, I didn't read what you wrote clearly... advanced level! Great! I was just wondering why it was so hard if it's for beginners, now I know! 😄 However I did it! Thanks again! You're the best, but you already know it.

    Love this workout! Meredith, you make doing the work fun and the movements are challenging but interesting! I don’t have a kettlebell but used two hand weights and it worked perfectly.

    I used a 15 lb I need a ten I have frozen shoulder but I got thru great one I appreciate you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

    How many lbs is the kettle bell you are using?

    Is there an advantage to using a kettlebell over a dumbbell?

      Thank you for the question...a kettlebell distributes the weight slightly differently, so the core engages more, and it is always nice to change the workouts up a little :) Enjoy!

    Excellent workout class, really enjoyed it! Combined it with ruclips.net/video/MLMNW2Nm1MQ/видео.html because I felt I needed a GOOD stretching after it! Used two 2 kilos dumbbells (8.8 pounds in all). I think that weight was fine for me (I'm 75, 130 lb)
