It's pretty cool how Chris came in halfway through, that was a good move from Ethan. You could tell it really broke the ice and the room was just way more mellow afterwards. Sean seemed less tense, and they both probably felt more respected and appreciated
i think ethan is very interested in the behind the scene and the logistics but sean is more involved with the actual interview so it’s easier to just bring him out

I didn't like how he was fishing for negative comments and saying "Bill doesn't listen". He's hoping to smear Bill's name. And interviewing Bill Burr wasn't the cause of him needing anti-depressants. It was maybe the straw that broke the camels back, at most.
I got the same thought, Ethan has a difficult time interviewing people that intimidate him (for whatever reason, if its fame, masculinity, that disagree with him or confront his views etc.). I have seen similar arguments made in videos that critique Ethan but now im starting to see it more. Its not a hit on Ethan or anything although in a way I hope he does invite more smart people with opposite opinions from him as a guest.
I think part of why Ethan interrupts so much is because of his anxiety, I don’t think he even knows that he’s doing it. I do that sometimes when I’m super anxious so I’m sure he’s not tying to be rude

I got the same thought, Ethan has a difficult time interviewing people that intimidate him (for whatever reason, if its fame, masculinity, that disagree with him or confront his views etc.). I have seen similar arguments made in videos that critique Ethan but now im starting to see it more. Its not a hit on Ethan or anything although in a way I hope he does invite more smart people with opposite opinions from him as a guest.

I think part of why Ethan interrupts so much is because of his anxiety, I don’t think he even knows that he’s doing it. I do that sometimes when I’m super anxious so I’m sure he’s not tying to be rude
