  • In this dumbbell total body workout we will be building muscle in the upper and lower body by doing a lower body exercise and then an upper body exercises . this will help bring that heart rate up and burn calories . You will want to use heavy to moderate weights for this workout.
    We have 5 sets of exercises with 12 reps for each set 2 times through
    Exercise List:
    Set 1:
    Pulsing Lunges
    Close Grip Rows
    Set 2:
    Goblet Squats
    Reverse Flys
    Set 3:
    RDL's
    Curls
    Set 4:
    Basic Lunge
    Tricep Overhead Extensions
    Set 5:
    Up/Downs in Plank
    Bird Dogs
    Really concentrate on the muscles you are working during the workout . Remember to breath on the exertion . You can do this. I am so proud of you. Thank you for taking the time to workout with me today .
