And how are we supposed to know who's copying who and especially if "that haircut" is only done by disbelievers or not ? There are so many cultures and hairstyles, that ressemble but don't have same origins, like men with long hair is seen normal in Jamaica and tribes, but in other places men usually have short hair All footballers, celebrities, sportsman, are not disbelievers I mean if Sahaabas and The Prophet had long hair at that time (and it was common among men, not seen as feminist aspects) , but we don't know how they looked like, today's WWE wrestlers for example Undertaker, a disbeliever playing a vilain evil character, also has long hair, also cartoons and movies characters have beard and long hair You would say that I'm copying who ?
Brother its more like a hair cut that is clearly from the kuffar not a haircut that the kuffar also do. So like cutting the sides completly and leaving a man bun on top like vikings or a mowhawk those are clearly from the kuffar. But like braids are from us and they do it to like rappers and stuff. I hope this clarifies a little bit.
@@sologamer8287 Muhammad copied the idea of fasting and pilgrimage from disbelievers, changed the dates and numbers of days and rebranded them as Islamic
What if the Disbelievers did anything really fun that humans nowadays really love would it automatically become haram just because they did it? That reason is hardly enough
This is why Muslims are stuck in the medieval ages. We care too much about petty, insignificant issues. We're too busy policing each other on clothing and haircuts. Meanwhile, non-Muslims are out there making the technology we all use daily. Non-Muslims are out there making the film, music, and print media the world consumes daily. Non-Muslims are out there actually shaping the world. Muslims are too busy debating whether certain clothes and haircuts are halal or not while war and rape run rampart in their countries.

I find it very odd to prescribe a haircut to all evil doers, since most atheists and Christians have so many different hairstyles. In fact it is mostly our Ummah where most men shave the sides of their head and even engrave some images in them and leave the top.

Waves don’t involve the cutting of hair, if your talking about that lathering thing + durag ( I don’t know much about the process of waves ). As a result yes they would be fine to do.
@@aminal4020 I am using knowledge I have gained from reading and listening to answer questions to the best of my abilities. In the instance of waves, they are a method of curling the hair not a method of cutting it, as a result they are most likely not haram. I am not the most educated person on the religion, however, I learn when I can in hopes of answering questions for others. If you have a better answer to mine then please provide it, I am ready to receive that information. There is a lot of misunderstandings regarding our religion and as a result I try to construe the reality as a pose to what is false of the religion.

Al-Bukhaari (5921) and Muslim (2120) narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allaah (blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) forbade qaza’. Naafi’ (one of the narrators of the hadeeth) said, explaining qaza’: Shaving part of a boy’s head and leaving part.
Al-Nasaa’i (5048) and Abu Dawood (4195) narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) saw a boy part of whose head had been shaved and part of it left. He told them not to do that and said: “Shave all of it or leave all of it.” Al-Albaani classed it as saheeh in Saheeh al-Nasaa’i.
it says in Sharh al-Iqnaa’: Qaza’ includes shaving some places on the sides of the head, or shaving the middle and leaving the sides, as most of the Christians do, or shaving the sides and leaving the middle, as many of the foolish do, or shaving the front and leaving the back. Ahmad was asked about shaving the back of the head and he said: This is the action of the Magians, and whoever imitates a people is one of them. Thus it is known that it is not permissible to leave some parts of the hair longer than others
this style is not beautification for either men or women, rather it is changing the creation of Allaah and spoiling people's appearance, and it is an imitation of the West in which there is no benefit, in addition to the cost involved, as it involves a lot of effort and spending money on something that is harmful, as is well known. We advise men not to adopt this western style and we advise women to stick with that which their mothers and grandmothers did, of letting their hair grow and braiding it, as this is more beautiful. And Allaah is the one whose help we seek; may Allaah send blessings and peace upon Muhammad and his family and Companions.

Is having Waves haram, can someone help
And how are we supposed to know who's copying who and especially if "that haircut" is only done by disbelievers or not ?
There are so many cultures and hairstyles, that ressemble but don't have same origins, like men with long hair is seen normal in Jamaica and tribes, but in other places men usually have short hair
All footballers, celebrities, sportsman, are not disbelievers
I mean if Sahaabas and The Prophet had long hair at that time (and it was common among men, not seen as feminist aspects) , but we don't know how they looked like, today's WWE wrestlers for example Undertaker, a disbeliever playing a vilain evil character, also has long hair, also cartoons and movies characters have beard and long hair
You would say that I'm copying who ?
sidecut is by Logic the least hair cut style related to any disbelievers
Brother its more like a hair cut that is clearly from the kuffar not a haircut that the kuffar also do. So like cutting the sides completly and leaving a man bun on top like vikings or a mowhawk those are clearly from the kuffar. But like braids are from us and they do it to like rappers and stuff. I hope this clarifies a little bit.
Blame the disbelievers then
@@sologamer8287 Muhammad copied the idea of fasting and pilgrimage from disbelievers, changed the dates and numbers of days and rebranded them as Islamic
What if the Disbelievers did anything really fun that humans nowadays really love would it automatically become haram just because they did it? That reason is hardly enough

This means it’s sunnah to grow your hair no?

This is why Muslims are stuck in the medieval ages. We care too much about petty, insignificant issues. We're too busy policing each other on clothing and haircuts. Meanwhile, non-Muslims are out there making the technology we all use daily. Non-Muslims are out there making the film, music, and print media the world consumes daily. Non-Muslims are out there actually shaping the world. Muslims are too busy debating whether certain clothes and haircuts are halal or not while war and rape run rampart in their countries.
Non muslims are living in delusional heaven. And yes following non muslims will lead you to hell.
