It makes me mad and sad that Maria received disturbing packages. She's such a wonderful person, anyone disrespecting her like that makes me very angry. Maria, if you ever read this, you mean a lot to a lot of people, you sooth my severe anxiety and solve my insomnia, and that's the most important thing to me. I'm sorry you have to go through any hate and creepy people, love. :(

I'm really sorry you have to go through all the negative things you do. I'm embarrassed that anyone would take your kindness as a chance to send hateful things to you. They've ruined it for everyone who absolutely is grateful for you.
You've helped my anxiety and insomnia so much, and I feel so sad when I see you upset, and I know you're a perfectionist and take things to heart, and I just want you to know that you're loved, and so many people appreciate everything you do. You're a bright light and I hope you don't let people cover it, ever.
I think a good video question could be how you stay so positive and kind in this rude hateful world. You always seem so happy and full of life and positivity
She spends time each day being grateful for things. I think ten minutes? She writes things down or says them out loud. That would probably be a good place to start. Maria is lovely.

6. Your favorite childhood shows or 90's trends.
7. If you had to only save one item from your home you'd pick.... Or take an item on a deserted island etc etc
8. Jobs you've had. Best / worst
9. Family traditions
10. Favorite music right now
I would love to see you talk about pop culture or movies/shows, or whatever you're passionate about! :)
I hope you would make another food tasting ASMR video as you've had done a long time ago...I really enjoyed it :)
I know! That one about the borscht, salads, gingerbread and meringues is one of my faves! I know someone who makes the Polish veggie version of the Olivie salad, it's delicious! I think I would like to see a vid of how to make the borscht.

You could talk about healthy eating, russian cooking, crystals and their benefits, any meditations you might recommend, your past travels or the places you would like to go to, relationships and how to make them work, getting through hard times and trying to keep a positive outlook, peer pressure or trying to fit in for adults or teens. Hope this helps!! :D
That is such a shame that you had to close the PO box, the fact that anyone would send you rude things is just sad. I know ASMR community is mostly full of lovely people, but I suppose that when you have as many followers as you do you are bound to attract some whackos. I hope some of the negativity stops!

It completely baffles me that someone would go out of their way and spend money to send someone something negative. In regards to talks, I'd love to hear about how you deal with working from home. Keeping a schedule, loneliness, etc. It's something I've been doing for the last couple months and I'm struggling a little bit. Thanks Maria!
I think it's really sad that certain individuals have to ruin the fun of you receiving gifts by being childish and sending disturbing and unkind things.

Maria, I am impressed that you are able to stay so positive and grounded even though you experience weird things like improper packages. I love how you are able to not lose hope on people. It can be easy to focus on the negative and let it cloud your world view. So great job for that! Hugs!!
Changing to a vegan diet has completely cleared up my hormonal acne around my jaw line. It did take 6 months for it to completely clear up, but I have been struggling with minor acne for 8 years and I was so happy with the result that I've had just from eating differently. I hear ya though sister, it is a crappy issue to deal with. You're such a beautiful woman though, never forget that.
Maria, my heart. You're one of the most kind hearted people I've ever been exposed to. Even though I've never met you, I feel like the little pieces of consideration for others that come through in your videos is enough to inspire me forever. You're apologetic for absolutely everything, because you consider everyone THAT much. Any kind of insecurity or vulnerability you share is so, so, wonderful. I hope that you find reminders of this in people who cherish you. I'm sorry to hear about your PO box. Why do people ruin it for everyone?
Also one final thing, I believe we are similar in age, and I've also struggled with hormonal and cystic acne... I still do - BUT I have some helpful pieces of advice from my naturopath that is outside of pharmaceuticals. Not a fan of pills either.

I'd love to hear you talk about some of the cultural differences you've noticed between living in Russia and the US. I have friends who are expats from various places, and I always think it is so interesting to hear them compare the cultural dynamics between countries. I love these casual vlogs that you do. It feels like chatting with a friend! ❤

I loved the old white noise video you did a while ago with the dark background and very slow movements. I would love another one of those! And I had the most tingles when you blew the melted scents from the warmer all around. It was amazing!

What a thoughtful package for Ashley, I love her videos and am looking forward to watching this one! Hope you are not too lonely cooped up creating all these lovely things for us - I know I can go a bit stir-crazy in that situation! Sometimes it can help to go to the gym or to adult learning classes (languages, new skills etc) to get a bit of interaction and structure into your day. Just know that we appreciate you so much! xxx
Oh one more thing with regards to the acne - I have had exactly the same sort of thing, usually a seasonal peak when the weather changes. Deep under the skin and very painful :(
Trying out new types of birth control can REALLY help - I used Dianette for 2 years (they wouldn't let me use it any longer), and it cleared me right up. Now I only get the occasional flare-up. And the other thing is (I know it's hard), but DON"T TOUCH YOUR FACE! It's so easy to pick, and it doesn't do any good at all. Much love! x

I absolutely love your crystal videos! It's something that is quite new for me so i've learnt a lot by watching your videos. I know you've done a cleansing one lately, but maybe you could do something (anything really, I'm still learning) about crystal grids or the significance of different stones/crystals?
