Loved the new graphics, frequent speed changes and volume of the music! I am not a runner and always modify your workouts to walking. My walking speed has definitely increased since finding your channel. Thank you for encouraging me to increase my speed “even if it’s only by .1”!🏃🏼♀️

Loved this! But the last hard song was the only one I felt had a good “push” beat and tempo. The others were a little too slow for my taste, especially when I’m trying to run hard.
