😅😅😅 coach is right- I used the never run and now I am often 1 or 2 kph above the suggested paces- not always and not always for the whole workout but I got there by increasing every time she said add on or just doing it for one of the blocks. It works! 🎉

I started at the beginning of the year and was in love but lately I was dreading the tredmil!!! as it was becoming boring for me, but then I found your videos and it made a huge difference! It’s inspired me to keep going and I’m no longer bored in fact I’ve falling back into love with it! Keep up the good work girl! I’m amazed how cool you are running whilst also pregnant! My kid was in here watching and said wow, she is strong to run with a baby in her belly lol😂. Strong mama! I ran with my first 3, but that baby number 5 messed me up!

I never thought I could do anymore at 58 1/2 years old. Do you have any yoga videos out in the world somewhere? (12-10-24)
Congratulations on the baby! I’m 20 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I was an avid runner, 10-13 miles a day before pregnancy. Now, I’m even struggling to do this workout without stopping. My lower back and round ligament pain is painful! I stopped running in the first trimester due to being so sick. But now it’s a battle, Any advice on how to beat that mental battle? And physical battle?
