I love seeing these on text! I print them to keep up with the workouts I want to revisit! But I wanted to find text form of the older ones a yr ago that was 60 minute one and 45 minute ones. I think called intervals.. i can’t find them. I assume maybe there wasn’t a newsletter then?
This is my second time doing this particular workout. It’s my seventh week of running. I believe I did the intervals faster than I did the first time I did this work out. Yay.!
Just discovered this channel and I am loving it! I am not new to HIIT running or workouts; but this is by far the most enjoyable workout I had in a while. Thank you coach Rachel for your bubbly, energetic spirit it helps!
Can I just say Coach Rachel had me running today at 6MPH!! MY FIRST TIME reaching that speed! 🎉 She had me reach 5MPH a few months back for the first time, and I've been keeping up, and today doing the 30sec intervals, 5mph seemed too easy and so I listened to her and got out of my comfort zone and hit 6!! So YEY 🎉 and THANKS COACH RACHEL ❤ you are the bestest ever!! 😘 Oh and I hit that 6 on a 2% incline. Might not be much but hey ✅️✅️ for me! ❤
I have never tried running at a 11.0 speed and today I was able to do intervals with 8 and 11 and 5 speed recovery walks and I’m so proud of myself!!! Thank you so much for making this video it made me push myself harder and get put off my comfort zone ✅
I did this workout for the fist time and I love it. I started my journey of weight lose on december 1st dealing with PCOS, thank you for your video 🎉🎉🎉🎉😅😅😅😅 A big hello from Croatia ❤🎉

Thanks IBX, I used to love running along the road, being out in nature, but I can’t do that anymore since we’ve relocated because the roads are too narrow and dangerous, I used to HATE the treadmill, I found it so boring, but you are making me look forward to exercising, which is a SHOCKER 😅
I’ve done this several times now. I start on a speed of 6 and during all recoveries keep it at a 6 then increase during each block/HIIT. This is a great workout no matter where you are in your running journey.
When I did this one at first, I could barely run 4.0 mph but today I was able to hit up to 7.2 mph at the last 4. Thank you so much!!! It’s really motivating. ✅✅
Your treadmill workouts are awesome! May I share a suggestion: would it be possible to indicate the number of calories burned during the workout (I know it highly depends on the weight and other aspects, but just an indicative number for a specific morphology). Thank you for your coaching videos!
