As a long time runner I was in search of something different when I need to run on the treadmill vs the outdoors. I’m so thankful this was the first option on my feed. While I went with the flow the first few blocks to get a feel for it, I inclined my treadmill and pushed myself for the last half. I’ll be using this vid in the future for sure. Thank you for encouraging your viewers like you do. That helped tremendously! 🙌🏻 😅

Rachel thank you for your work outs. When I started I lost my breath at 1.5 with your help I can do 7 now, I do it for my heart, I had a weak wall in my heart, The last time I seen my heart doc. he says I'm doing great. Thank you very mush for your help I will be 70 this year

My Lord God is soooo Good. Coach Rachel let me tell you . I have been working out for over an month now. I would only stay at 3.0 in incline. I am so bless to have work out with you. You help push me and motivate out my comfort zone giving me the confidence to incline more. I wouldn't go no more than 16 minutes burning out 100 calories. Working out with you push me to my max to go further. 20 minutes felt soooo Good. You are very encouraging. Been doing this workout 4 times a week & each day 2 rounds with a 10 min walking break. I hit 5 kilometers in like 40-45 minutes. I feel so much better, thank you so much!!! You’re helping me with my ED recovery journey in a healthy way 🫶🏼

I've been working so hard to get into better shape and finally came up with a weekly schedule that I really like which includes a cardio and core day twice a week, so I decided to look up a treadmill work out to try for my cardio day and I'm looking forward to trying this as soon as I get up off the couch and to the gym. I am hoping it goes well. Thanks for sharing this.

Thanks! I LOVED the core, arms and breath reminders. I ran XC in high school for a semester and almost learnt to like it. I went off to college (quit gymnastics) and gained the weight. Last year I found a gym and work out I LOVED and lost 45lbs, but then due to a job change and life change had to move gyms and gained some of a weight again. I lost my strength and stamina. Getting to my new “normal” gym before I closed is really hard. I’m trying to start each workout with a run buts it’s HARD, however this made it so so much better. Thank you for doing this so we can lead heathy lives again ❤

This is my first time doing a workout video on the treadmill and this was awesome! The time just flew by and I didn’t even have time to complain or talk myself out of it. I’m a long distance runner who bought a treadmill for Chicago winters and has used it less than 10 times in the last 18 months - but no excuses now :) Great workout!
I usually like Billy Banks work out for my upper body but feel I need a bit more. Wow. So glad I found your page. I had a torn ligament last Oct and have found it hard to find motivation as my ankle hurts here and there, BUT, this beginner HIIT was so good. Thank you. Set my pace and stuck to the end ❤ ankle feels great.
Thank you for this workout beginner here invested in a treadmill after bad sciatic nerve pain kept me from walking for almost 3 weeks my physio told me to keep moving after 3 sessions of acupuncture finally to go treadmill to help me get back to work then they fired me for being off sick. So l had time to work on myself and got a new job that needs me to be fit so here I am thanks again ❤❤
I got a Peloton about two weeks ago and I’ve used it every day except for one day. It started with the treadmill and barely could do anything other than walking fast paced.. this workout showed me what progress I’ve made. I was able to go through this with some difficulty, but mainly ease!
Thanks so much for making this workout.I’m over 50+ and I’ve been affect by long term covid so it’s hard for me to recover and lose weight. I was able to finish HIIT workout to completion :) I’m a new fan! Talking it out is encouraging and time flies! New Sub!

I am 5'8" and 260lbs and been doing hour long walk/jogs the past few months with 2.5mph has my max speed. 23-minute mile has been my fastest. Today I did a 20-minute mile. Thanks coach! lol. (Full disclosure: I have a complete roster of doctors making sure I'm ok. Not trying to injure myself.)
I don't have a fancy treadmill. Just a walking pad that goes up to 3.8mph (safety reasons I suppose). I improvised by running at 3.8 and walking at 3.0 and walked an extra 10mins with 5lb weights. It's not the exact routine, but I'm just glad I got up and challenged myself ❤️.

I loved this and I could finish it! Some of the other Hiits have the base line at 5.5 and it made me feel so bad I couldn’t keep up.
Yes!!! You can totally ignore the suggested speeds. Go at the pace you need to go at! You are going faster than everyone who didn’t start!! 💕
