Coach Rachael, I think you're an amazing instructor. I haven't been active for at least the past 7 years and I wanted to change that. Of all the RUclips instructors I've tried, you've helped me stay focused the entire time. It's the second time I'm doing your video this week and I'm surprised how much easier it is. Looking forward to next time, thank you!
I needed to build up to 1 hr a day for my health goal. Where we live now isn't the best place for outside running so we have a treadmill... I'm sooooo glad I found these running videos! There's also so many to build on! Plus the positive encouragement that reminds you that you're headed in the right direction despite other voices :) THANK YOU!
15:48 hi coach Rachel, thank you for putting up these easy first time runner videos. They are really good and make a big difference for someone like me who has never been a runner and these videos help me feel like I can do something more than just walk. keep it going. Thanks again
Thank you! I’ve been following your runs for about a year now, and this is the first time I ran on the fastest option throughout the workout. Great boost. ❤️
I usually do the 30m one but today I lacked motivation I'm so glad I did the 15m one now I feel sooo good and confident. A bad run is better than the run you did not have thanx to ibx running I reached my goal and now I'm apart of the running community 😊let's run ❤❤❤❤
This was a great workout that left me sweating a lot in a short amount of time! I'm trying to lose weight for a party in October so I will be doing this workout 6x a week for 30 days and will post my results here! Day 1:✅️ Glad I exercised instead of playing Genshin 😂 I weigh 160.8lbs todayyyy Day 2: ✅️🔥🔥🔥 Day 3:✅️ Day 4: ✅️ Day 5: ✅️🔥🔥🔥 Day 6: Break. Day 7: ✅️ I have incresed my speed during jogging and running by 1 so now instead of running at 5mph I am running at 6mph 🔥 Week 2 🎉 Day 8: ✅️ I added a 5min arm workout 🔥🔥🔥 Day 9: ✅️ run and arms Day 10: break Day 11: ❌️ Day 12: ✅️ run and arms Day 13: ❌️ Day 14: ❌️ Week 3 🎉 Day 15: ✅️ run and arms. The run seemed to go fast today. Day 16: ✅️ run and arms Day 17: ✅️ run and arms Day 18: ✅️ run and arms. My breathing was a little more calm than usual during this run. I have moved the incline from 0 to 1 now. Day 19: ✅️ run and arms. Run was easier today and I did not sweat as much as I usually do. Will be increasing incline next time. Day 20: 🟨 I did not do the run but I did play tennis for 1hr and burned 404 calories. When I do the run I usually burn 130 calories. I did the arm workout 🔥🔥 Day 21: rest Week 4 🔥🔥🔥🔥 09/09/24 Day 22: 🟨 I did the arms workout but not the run. Instead I played tennis for an hour and burned 645 calories Day 23: ❌️ Day 24: ✅️ run and arm workout plus some tennis 🎾. Burned total of 610 calories during the run and tennis Day 25: ✅️ run and arms Day 26:❌️ Day 27:❌️ Day 28: ❌️ Week 5: Day 29: ❌️ left the country on Friday and came back today. Day 30 (last day): ✅️ run and arms. Raised the incline to 2 from 0. I didnt struggle as much as I thought I would. Seems that I really have increased my resistance with running 😁. Will weigh myself tomorrow. Day 31 (09/18/24) Results+ thoughts. ⭐️Morning weigh in: 157.5lbs ⭐️Resistance: ⬆️ has definitely increased ⭐️Confidence: ⬆️ increased ⭐️Self-love/respect: ⬆️ increased I started this challenge to lose weight and unfortunately that did not happen. My weight fluctuates often between 155 and 160 so I do not think I have lost a significant amount of weight BUT this did help maintain my weight. I also want to mention that I was not carefully watching what I was eating throughout this challenge. I was eating twice a day, whatever was at home and in small/medium portions. I would sometimes snack on chips, cookies and bread but I also had snacks like grapes, strawberries, yogurt and oatmeal. I drank at least 26oz of water every day. I think there would have been greater results if I had watched what I was eating more. Although I did not get the results I initially wanted, I am still glad I did this challenge as it helped me get back into the habit of exercising after I had been inconsistent for over 2 months. I also feel that my resistance has increased as this video has become easier and I have noticed how I don't get as tired when playing tennis 😄. I am also proud of myself for starting this and having come this far. Of course it was not perfect and I missed some days but I'm glad that I would come back even after those failures. Because of this, I feel that my confidence and love/respect for myself has increased. I will continue to do this exercise along with a more strict diet. Hopefully I see more results then! Will post an update here! Day 1 (09/20/24): ✅️ started more strict diet on 09/17/24
I love running outside and that’s what I normally prefer to do, but when autumn and winter comes with rain/snow, cold and darkness I find it hard to motivate myself to go out and then… I sure jump on the treadmill and use this workouts! Thanks so much I find them really helpful and I really enjoy them! 😊
Right on time lol missed having a new run last Monday! I’m 39 weeks today, so, hopefully, these runs will help me go into labor soon 🙃 So ready to not be pregnant anymore 😅

Is this considered a HIIT workout? Wondering what to enter in my fitness app for exercise.
I thought I'd be bored. This was great. I loved the way you coached the entire time, giving me no time to find excuses to quit. ❤🎉

I love this. I have been using the treadmill but today I did this exercise outside and it was a little harder which was what I wanted.
Loved this workout. Knocked it out after some strength training. Any chance we could get a video of post-run stretching 🙏🏽
I needed some encouragement this morning, thank you 🎉🎉

This was so helpful. When it got too tough ie heart rate over 190, I did every other run.
Super smart! Don’t want to get the heart rate too high
