🐇 I did this as a jog instead. Followed the time up increasing by one mph. Round two started two minutes and down following the 15 decrease. But also started my slowest pace ending with my last one minute as a sprint. I love that you can make these workouts your own. Thanks Rachel!

🐇 I hate running and after leg days, these walks are perfect and challenging! I kept the incline between 2-4 for an extra challenge in the first block.
Hi Coach Rachel and Happy New Year 2025! Just found you because I've been told to WALK after 35 years of Running, Jumping, twisting, and totally messed up my lower back...next is fusion if I can't resolve pain and tingling. I always love music and dancing because it made me feel good ... searched for treadmill workouts to music and found you. If you are still posting new videos....love to see more music .... I am 65 years old and other than the back...feel like I'm in great shape. Completed this first treadmill walk !! Thanks !!
