I used to be afraid to just walk. I felt like I needed pain, discomfort, and a drenched body of sweat to be able to lose weight. Is this a normal thought?
I feel this same way!! But walking is ssoooo effective!! I am trying to transition more into low intensity workouts rather than strength training because strength training exhausts me so much. Can not wait to see what these walking workouts do for my body!!
👀👀👀 I injured my neck a couple weeks ago and had to pause my running. this was a nice re-entry workout for getting back on the tread. I miss running though! hopefully 2-3 more weeks and I'll be able to run again.
Always such a pleasure working out with IBX! I hurt my left leg last Thursday, so this was a perfect workout that’s not too heavy on my leg! Still made me sweat though 💪🏻💦
You need to also incorporate a clean eating habit because fat loss is going to happen with a caloric deficit. Walking will enhance results. It is a great form of exercise to incorporate to your daily routine and/or lifestyle, but walking alone is not going to do much.. you need to be eating clean and healthy as well.❤
