Thank you for the inspirational workouts! I thrive with a good coach, and you've been the best at pushing me to my limits. My other motivation is to live by my doctrine, which I share with my coworkers: Health: Your health is your foundation. If you're not healthy, you can't take care of yourself or others. Family: Family is everything. They're the ones who love you unconditionally and support you through thick and thin. Work: Work is important, but it shouldn't come before your health or family. I believe that if everyone had the opportunity to live by this doctrine, the world would be a better place.

🍎🍎🍎🍎5.10k/37 min w/ speed increased 0.1 every min for 5 min intervals starting at 5.5 and for 4 min intervals/ started at 6 and increased 0.3 every minute w/ extra warm and cool. I am 5.3 so long runs are brutal for my legs 😂😂 Just love your enthusiasm and energy, always pushes me to get better…
