❗️tempo runs are my favorite! I was sick last week so I didn't get to do this run right away, but I'm back baybee 🎉 and this run hit all the spots! 3.30 miles in the bag!
‼️ it’s a double !! for me!! I did this twice for a 60mins workout! First 30 mins the highest speed range (man i nearly died), last 30 i did the lowest range (this was chef kiss esp after the first 30mins of hell) ENJOY THE RUN GUYS!! Thank you Coach Rach❤

I know you are are postpartum and so am i and i cant thank you enough for your efforts in getting us all the fitness we need! Training for a half marathon and used your runs to gain my stamina back and first 3 mi outdoor run was a success! Thank you!
❗️❗️❗️11-19-24. This is my 10th week running with you , my second tempo run. I don’t know why I’m always a little leery of doing a tempo run, it is challenging, but I made it!
This one was great and went by super quick! Thanks so much ❤❤ Side Note/Question: Anyone know some good stretches for Piriformis Syndrome? I developed it in my right leg (not stretching enough, I'm sure).🎉🎉 Good work everyone!!
