Love these walking workouts!! I just line one up, press play, and know I'll have a great workout without having to make any decisions (i.e. should I up my pace, the incline, etc?) Plus your commentary keeps me motivated. Thanks for posting!
😅 I did it!!!! I couldn’t see the emoj that you said but I did it. I had my hysterectomy in June and the first three months were too hard….. I was on my pelvic floor physical therapy until two weeks ago and this is my first workout’!!! No pain, I had to go a little bit slower but all the incline. Thanks a lot. I missed y routines with you.
First workout I've been able to finish in the past 6 months. Coming back after a chronic illness at me back but I will not let it take my life away from me. This life, this temple, is in service to God and this is my why I keep coming back. 🤷
