    I absolutely love this HIIT video - especially because it's beginner friendly, but you can make it more challenging by upping the pace. I started off on the lower end of the paces,but now can complete the workout in the middle of the paces! Thank you coach Rachael and IBX Running team!!! You have helped me to love running again, and become a staple activity of my day.

    Mom of 6 here. At 5:30am, I put banana bread in the oven and then jumped on the treadmill. This is my favorite video to follow. I get at least 2.5 miles in 30 minutes. I love this channel! Thank you for helping me hit my personal goals, however my schedule changes daily ❤

    Great for upcoming hiking 🥾. That final 3 mins, wow. Love your encouragement and willingness to push even more but in a nice way, tapping into our motivation. Very skilled. ❤

    Just want to say thank you so much! I usually feel worse every time I went on treadmill, but I absolutely love follow along with you, your encouragement is like a personal coach right beside me, pushing me to go faster every time. Hope your channel will be discovered by more people.

    Hi Rachel & Team Ibex. I have run a couple of half marathons after pushing myself from asthma but due to my work engagement, I had to quit running for a year and now I am again picking up with your follow along lessons. Thank you Guys.

    I love using this video for interval days. I almost got up to 3 miles on this workout, and for the last stretch, I did 8.5 mph to 10. Thank you so much for coaching us! 💪🏼🔥🤌

    i am a x country runner, and i usually hate running on the treadmill- it is slower snd more boring, but now i can use these videos it is so much more enjoyable. this is a perfect way to practice intervals and sprint splits. i did it twice over, and me from 4 months ago would be so proud !!

    Wow wow, I was looking for 30 min hiit workout and found this. I am a slow runner and didn’t not expected to run at 5.0 pace, I was so happy that the last minute I pushed myself to 6.0 pace! I think I had fun my new favorite series🎉❤😊

    i was not able to run for long and just started few days ago in gym, after following coach Rachael's video a few times and i found this, i am so surprise i am able to run for nearly 20 mins now, thank you!! i will still continue to challenge myself with all the other video!!

    Great run! I am not a runner. I went into this video hating running and most cardio. I was very pleasantly surprised when I not only enjoyed this work out but I challenged myself. I hated running…and then I did this work out! I haven’t been this sweating in a long time 😅😅

    Managed a 5 km in 30 minutes with walk in between. This is so hard than my normal continue running with the same distance. I just max my speed at every sprint, almost got thrown out of my treadmill. 😊 I am definitely going to feel that tomorrow. Thanks Coach Rachel!

    You guys have helped me so much! This is week two and I feel amazing. I have multiple sclerosis and I wasn’t able to walk without a walker nor exercise like I wanted to a year ago. Now I’m here running on the treadmill! Thanks so much for the motivation!!!

    I love a good treadmill workout but they can get boring. I'm not usually a HIIT person but I gave this one a go! I LOVED it! You pushed me to my fastest speed yet (6) on the last 30 seconds. Thank you!!!

    Im very grateful for this video. Because of covid we dont habe group work out, and its hard for me to workout if i dont have anyone besides me that motivates me. But this video helped me alot.

    Thank you guys for the commitment and for keeping me run. I thought that the treadmill would bore me, but thanks to you, I continue running. Btw, can you also tell us what speed are you guys choosing from the given interval? Would help me to overcome my limits and to try to push to your speed. Keep it up!

    I used to hate cardio but now i can get 3.5 km on the treadmill. I used to think that I'm going to die after 10 minutes but look at me now...I'm obsessed with your workouts.

    My workmates and I ran with you today during our lunch break. We “modified” the workout a tiny bit, instead of taking a full minute between intervals, we only took 20 seconds. Yeah, it was brutal but feeling so good afterwards. Thanks Rachel 💕

    Great exercise; this has been my favorite. I never thought that I could pass the 8 KPH speed. Now, I am running in 9 - 10 KPH. Even though I still need 2 minutes to break between the 3 minutes final round.😁 But feel stronger every day. Woohoo, Thanks a lot

    I was scared to do this one for some reason, but I've just finished and added it to my Ibex favourites list. Shame I forgot my towel - I'm not a pretty exerciser! This was also the 16th and final run of my personal challenge to do a different Ibex run every day of my Easter break from work. Thank you for the inspirational runs. Never thought I'd find myself smiling on the treadmill.

    Heyy nice tips 💪 so yesterday I was 30 mins on the treadmill and sprinted about 2-5 Minutes with each 4-5 minutes break. (337 Cals) Is that too much?

      Totally up to your level of fitness! Listen to you body and don't push it to injury, but that certainly sounds like good intervals. As long as you are not all out sprinting for 5 minutes!
