I absolutely love this HIIT video - especially because it's beginner friendly, but you can make it more challenging by upping the pace. Mom of 6 here. At 5:30am, I put banana bread in the oven and then jumped on the treadmill. This is my favorite video to follow. I get at least 2.5 miles in 30 minutes. I love this channel! Thank you for helping me hit my personal goals, however my schedule changes daily ❤

i am a x country runner, and i usually hate running on the treadmill- it is slower snd more boring, but now i can use these videos it is so much more enjoyable. this is a perfect way to practice intervals and sprint splits. i did it twice over, and me from 4 months ago would be so proud !!
Wow wow, I was looking for 30 min hiit workout and found this. I am a slow runner and didn’t not expected to run at 5.0 pace, I was so happy that the last minute I pushed myself to 6.0 pace! I think I had fun my new favorite series🎉❤😊

Great run! I am not a runner. I went into this video hating running and most cardio. I was very pleasantly surprised when I not only enjoyed this work out but I challenged myself. I hated running…and then I did this work out! I haven’t been this sweating in a long time 😅😅
Managed a 5 km in 30 minutes with walk in between. This is so hard than my normal continue running with the same distance. I just max my speed at every sprint, almost got thrown out of my treadmill. 😊 I am definitely going to feel that tomorrow. Thanks Coach Rachel!

Im very grateful for this video. Because of covid we dont habe group work out, and its hard for me to workout if i dont have anyone besides me that motivates me. But this video helped me alot.

My workmates and I ran with you today during our lunch break. We “modified” the workout a tiny bit, instead of taking a full minute between intervals, we only took 20 seconds. Yeah, it was brutal but feeling so good afterwards. Thanks Rachel 💕
Great exercise; this has been my favorite. I never thought that I could pass the 8 KPH speed. Now, I am running in 9 - 10 KPH. Even though I still need 2 minutes to break between the 3 minutes final round.😁 But feel stronger every day. Woohoo, Thanks a lot

I was scared to do this one for some reason, but I've just finished and added it to my Ibex favourites list. Shame I forgot my towel - I'm not a pretty exerciser! This was also the 16th and final run of my personal challenge to do a different Ibex run every day of my Easter break from work. Thank you for the inspirational runs. Never thought I'd find myself smiling on the treadmill.
Started slow as molasses and heavy as a ton of bricks. I guess this week is just going to be these heavy. But i finished and with some good speed. Thank you. Thank you.
hi! I have a question: you kept saying ''up .1 in the video, but in the description it says ''Speed increases by 0.2 each segment'' which one is the right increase?
Totally up to your level of fitness! Listen to you body and don't push it to injury, but that certainly sounds like good intervals. As long as you are not all out sprinting for 5 minutes!

Heyy nice tips 💪 so yesterday I was 30 mins on the treadmill and sprinted about 2-5 Minutes with each 4-5 minutes break. (337 Cals) Is that too much?
