I've been combining your runs for the last week and a 1/2 working on getting 90 minute runs in consistently and I've really been on a roll and it's been a lot of fun experimenting with different combinations of your workouts. But today I woke up and I was like holy Moly. I'm feeling it today and I almost didn't run but then I decided 30 minutes wouldn't hurt and boy, did this hit the spot . I ended up doing jog recoveries through the whole workout. So I really got it in. 3.5 miles and 430 Calories❤❤❤
Loved this video. I’m working night shift and was only able to get about 2 hrs of sleep in. Forced myself to go to the gym like a zombie and did this video. Now I feel 10xs more energized! ❤️
This was so good Rachel! I don't do the walking part I just slow to a jog as I always get a stitch if I walk! Delighted I got my 5km ran in the duration of the workout 😍 highest speed 11.5km/hr

Great run and was inspired to push harder by the other comments. Last minute did 10k to 11.5k up by 0.5k each 15s. Always try to do that on the final minute of every run. Thank you Rachael and the other runners out there.
My max today was on 11. I started of going hard, but than I almost quit and I decided it wasnt the day for pushing myself. So the most self caring was actually to take it down abit 😅 good workout tho

Yes! The speeds on the left are guidelines! So we recommend between 6.0 and 9.0 in that interval, but you can choose whatever you want!
