I'm trying to do a mile a day run streak. Going to use one block of this workout as my new mile workout. Otherwise it's been getting boring and mundane! Thank you!
Of all things, I’d like you to say your camera amazes me !! Is it a rotating camera system?? Every time I look up it has changed its view but I never cath the rotation !!
😂 it is on a automatic rail/slider that goes back and forth but keeps the camera pointed on the subject. If you are really curious, this one is called the “GVM Camera Motorized Slider”. I’ve had it for a few years now and it’s still doing great!!
This just made me laugh…because i was thinking the same thing i am like did she just rotate or change angel but i never caught it either so i legit thought i was loosing my mind and trying to keep myself from falling apart during these workouts hahaha! Now i know i was not loosing my mind LOL
You started off the video saying we should be able to get a mile maybe even a mile and a half. Ma'am - at your minimum speeds I would've gotten 3 miles! 😂 I kept pace for the first block but had to drop the second block, since my other option was to just quit completely. Thanks for the great workout! I hope to come back to this one in the future and see my improvement.
I was running to this outside and one of my neighbors actually called the cops 😂 maybe I looked suspicious? I need recommendations for decent running vests that light up and have a front flashlight 🫣

Oops! It happens! I feel like heart rate is the best indicator for how fast/slow jogging recovery speed should be!
