    • @meghabharadwaj9733
      @meghabharadwaj9733 2 года назад +2

      @@padmapatil6235 1. Always go for A2 cow milk (desi cow) - their milk quality is far superior.
      2. Look out for a local farmer/milkman who can deliver this to your house fresh everyday. (Ensure they feed their cows themselves and don't let the cows onto the streets to fend for themselves)
      3. If #2 is not possible, check out organic A2 milk farms that provide packaged milk (for example, in Bengaluru there is home delivery of organic milk - both desi and otherwise - called Akshaya Kalpa.)
      4. If both #2 and #3 are not possible, let me know if you want more options and I'll share a link with you :) (this has to be the last option though)

      @@denverpereira8972 Sir, I don't know which science you subscribe to -the Western or Indian. I subscribe to the Indian and it has worked very well for me and my family. By the way, it may be duly noted that western science is slowly and steadily leaning towards ancient ayurvedic system every passing year.
      According to Ayurveda, milk can be consumed raw provided it is coming from a very good and clean source (which was the case in ancient Indian homes). Matters of pus and bacteria arise only when unhygienic. Secondly, boiling milk breaks down the milk proteins and enzymes in such a way that it is made easy to digest and assimilate in the human body - this is not achieved in case of pasterurised milk and this results in lactose intolerance in many (especially if the milk is not from A2 cow). Rest, I can go on with many details but this message will get too lengthy. Hence, I repeat - pls do your own research.

    There was a place where we went on a school field trip and we were all allowed to have a small paper cup of raw milk, straight from the cow. The cow had a runny nose. Nevertheless, no one got sick and I already had a huge problem with dairy, but that milk made me feel GOOD. So, for a while, I would drink milk only if it came from that place. It was a small farm. They were selling raw milk or partially homogenized /pasteurized milk. Later, they got to be a bigger concern and I could no longer drink their fully pasteurized homoegenized milk that came out of factory cows.

  • @35sherminator
    @35sherminator 2 года назад

    Superb content, some highlights: Milk is denatured due to processing.
    Pasteurization kills enzymes; denatures P, Mg; kills vitamin C; makes Ca insoluble; kills and denatures amino acids (aka proteins) - lysine, tyrosine.
    Homogenization to keep away pus of udder (due to abrasion of steel milk extractors around milk udder). Churn milk breaks down macro fat globules into smaller fat molecules. Good fat is changed into bad fat. Estrogen from milk also causing harm.
    Lactose gets converted into beta-lactose which body cannot digest.
    Ca turns into its insoluble form, body leaches away Ca from bones to bring down acidity of the body. Acidity, inflammation of body is generally high due to lifestyle (junk food etc.) and (acidic due to junk and sugar) diet.
    Sesame, poppy seeds , lentils, beans, black eyed peas, white peas, green leafy vegetables, figs, walnuts, almonds, carrots, broccoli, sweet potatoes, oranges.
    Yogurt is better because milk is fermented and more digestible due to lactoferrin.
    Commercial milk is a glass of white poison (antibiotics, vaccinations, estrogen, BGH, IG etc.)
    Don't live in fear, don't be confused, this is to create awareness, all of us have the power to hit the reset button. Milk is not the way for Ca and protein, ask questions to your doctors, nutritionists, etc.
    Stay healthy!

    I stay in Pune but I’m from Rajasthan and I have my ancestors house over there which falls under pali district. I always go during December to enjoy winters. The milk which is made over there and the milk which we buy over here is waaay different. The dairy products made out of it also have a natural taste and smell . The milk over there is completely raw and unprocessed. All my digestion problems,sickness etc etc are gone the moment I reach there . And not even milk just drink the water over there in 2 days you will see difference in your body. And yes there is a huge difference between the population between there and here. But our ancestor never had any such problem like gluten and lactose intolerance and other stuff. Now days it’s become a business for doctors to scare us with all these bullshit gluten free and all
