That's not how podcasts work. Each audience member should be able to relate to at least one person in the podcast. They did a great job of getting all kinds of people on that podcast. I personally relate to Mike. Followers of Sadguru might relate more to Andre. Christians will relate to George etc.

From Sadhguru's story I came to know that he was born with a meditative mind. His looking on a certain object for hours is nothing but meditation. By doing so he has already conquered mind. That's why the moment of enlightenment came to him on its own.
We dont have such schools even in india. Yoga was systematically destroyed unfortunately. 😓 we r grateful to have sadhguru who can revive yoga and yogic wisdom 🙏
There’s all kinds of schools that based on yoga in this country but Sg said for his own daughter he didn’t want her educated in any way just fed and allowed to play. Kids are not the problem adults are. We just need to stop inculcating them with our problems - teach them survival skills, let them learn through play and discovery, give them some basic training in establishing and inner connection through meditation and yoga but we don’t need to inculcate - we need to allow the expression of the brilliance that’s already there from birth.

You will discover it and it won't be mystery to you anymore, thats why it is called Self realisation. Don't be afraid of it, embrace it! Also, materialism and dwelling only in physicality makes you go round and round in circles all your life not spirituality. (e.g. - iPhone 2, 3, 4,7,8, X, 11, 12, ....) What a cool experience man thanks for sharing this. My favorite part was when he spoke about our minds and bodies not actually being “us” but just accumulations of things like food and experience. His analogy of identifying with his mug was great.

Different in a good way? That's why I always say to people watch multiple of his videos before judging. I strongly strongly recommend his interview with google called "inclusive consciousness" and his interview on Impact Theory. Oh also his interview with neuroscientist David Eagleman. These are some of my favorites!

I have attended the programs from Isha foundation and have been practicing the kriyas and meditation that I have been initiated into by sadhguru The things that I experienced becoz of him during initiation into certain kriyas completely changed my perspectives. In fact some of the things I experienced in one program left me in a state which made me inevitably bow down to him with reverence and gratitude. It's hard to explain everything in messages but here's a few words A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions Basically what I'm saying is, he's not just a motivational speaker. Calling him that I feel is kind of a disgrace. A yogi and a guru has an entirely different meaning in our Indian culture right from ancient times.

I have completed Inner engineering Program online and watched almost all the Sadguru Videos and speech available online. I haven't met him in person but I know that this is not even 1% of Sadguru we find him online. He is much more than that. Too deep. Also the kind of knowledge he has gathered, it cannot be achieved in one life span. He remembered his past 3 life time. What I found that he was Yogi all his past life and he remembers everything...all vast knowledge. He can transcend in time and space. His many followers are also able to do that. His ultimate aim is to raise this awareness and go inward.

Pranam, the transcendental vibration established by the chanting of Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare/ Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare is the sublime method of reviving our God or Krsna consciousness. As living spiritual souls we are all originally God - Krsna conscious entities, but due to our association with matter from time immemorial, our consciousness is now polluted by the material atmosphere. The material atmosphere, in which we are now living, is called maya, or illusion. Maya means “that which is not.” And what is this illusion? The illusion is that we are all trying to be lords of material nature, while actually we are under the grip of her stringent laws. When a servant artificially tries to imitate the all-powerful master, this is called illusion. In this polluted concept of life, we are all trying to exploit the resources of material nature, but actually we are becoming more and more entangled in her complexities. Therefore, although we are engaged in a hard struggle to conquer nature, we are ever more dependent on her. This illusory struggle against material nature can be stopped at once by revival of our God - Krsna consciousness. Krsna consciousness is not an artificial imposition on the mind; this consciousness is the original energy of the living entity. When we hear the transcendental vibration, this consciousness is revived. And this process is recommended for this age by authorities. By practical experience also, one can perceive that by chanting this maha-mantra, or the Great Chanting for Deliverance, one can at once feel a transcendental ecstasy coming through from the spiritual stratum. And when one is factually on the plane of spiritual understanding-surpassing the stages of senses, mind, and intelligence-one is situated on the transcendental plane. This chanting of Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare/ Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare is directly enacted from the spiritual platform, and thus this sound vibration surpasses all lower strata of consciousness-namely sensual, mental, and intellectual. There is no need, therefore, to understand the language of the mantra, nor is there any need for mental speculation or any intellectual adjustment for chanting this maha-mantra. It springs automatically from the spiritual platform, and as such, anyone can take part in the chanting without any previous qualification, and dance in ecstasy. We have seen this practically. Even a child can take part in the chanting, or even a dog can take part in it. Of course, for one who is too entangled in material life, it takes a little more time to come to the standard point, but even such a materially engrossed man is raised to the spiritual platform very quickly. When the mantra is chanted by a pure devotee of the Lord in love, it has the greatest efficacy on the hearers, and as such, this chanting should be heard from the lips of a pure devotee of the Lord, so that immediate effects can be achieved. As far as possible, chanting from the lips of nondevotees should be avoided. Milk touched by the lips of a serpent has poisonous effects. The word Hara is the form of addressing the energy of the Lord, and the words Krsna and Rama are forms of addressing the Lord Himself. Both Krsna and Rama mean “the supreme pleasure,” and Hara is the supreme pleasure energy of the Lord, changed to Hare in the vocative. The supreme pleasure energy of the Lord helps us to reach the Lord. The material energy, called maya, is also one of the multienergies of the Lord. And we, the living entities, are also the energy-marginal energy-of the Lord. The living entities are described as superior to material energy. When the superior energy is in contact with the inferior energy, an incompatible situation arises; but when the superior marginal energy is in contact with the superior energy, called Hara, the living entity is established in his happy, normal condition. These three words, namely Hare, Krsna, and Rama, are the transcendental seeds of the maha-mantra. The chanting is a spiritual call for the Lord and His internal energy, Hara, to give protection to the conditioned soul. This chanting is exactly like the genuine cry of a child for its mother. Mother Hara helps the devotee achieve the grace of the supreme father, Hari, or Krsna, and the Lord reveals Himself to the devotee who chants this mantra sincerely. No other means of spiritual realization, therefore, is as effective in this age as chanting the maha-mantra: Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare/ Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. I see that you gathered a lot of information and it seems to show a lot of wisdom in your speech , but let me tell you that unfortunately for me, I can tellyou that a lot of these talks are not true , and if you need to know why , then i just want to share with you some of the channels that are more powerful than me and more convincing than your philosophey talks . and it is not my problem that you can not see this truth or you like to deny the real purpose of life for any personal reason . But my advice to you, as i consider
you and all the people are brothers and sisters,who came from one father and one mother (Adam and Eve) and if you do not believe in this fact , then i wonder what else you can believe in . in short , Islam message came after Christianity message so it is a continuation
of same teaching but with complete and final message from God , that no other profits and no other holy books after Islam .
and yes their is a big purpose in this life , otherwise what purpose of life you have said is to explore your body ? what is this suppose to mean . we are not an animals to think this way . we are an intelligent human being , and created by a far and beyond our imagination creator that is God . please, my humble request to you, is to go and read and see what is the real purpose of our life and existence .

That's not how podcasts work. Each audience member should be able to relate to at least one person in the podcast. They did a great job of getting all kinds of people on that podcast. I personally relate to Mike. Followers of Sadguru might relate more to Andre. Christians will relate to George etc.

What we need here in the US is a system of charter schools which teach these principles of Yoga.

There’s all kinds of schools that based on yoga in this country but Sg said for his own daughter he didn’t want her educated in any way just fed and allowed to play. Kids are not the problem adults are. We just need to stop inculcating them with our problems - teach them survival skills, let them learn through play and discovery, give them some basic training in establishing and inner connection through meditation and yoga but we don’t need to inculcate - we need to allow the expression of the brilliance that’s already there from birth.

Also, materialism and dwelling only in physicality makes you go round and round in circles all your life not spirituality. (e.g. - iPhone 2, 3, 4,7,8, X, 11, 12, ....) Spirituality is that element which throws you off the tangent of that circle. Hope it helps!

Sadhguru's physical presence blew me away in a way that I couldnt even imagine - its like something in you just dissolves and you break out in tears of bliss and ecstasy. Above that some of his programs have given my life altering experiences and the sadhana (kriya yoga, hatha yoga, shoonya meditation, and samyama meditation) have given me a transformation in the way I experience, perceive and look at life in such a beautiful way - if he isnt enlightened I dont know who is ! Sadhguru doesnt give direct answers on purpose because he is not here to tell us what to think - start doing the sadhana and answers/clarity will come :)

I have attended the programs from Isha foundation and have been practicing the kriyas and meditation that I have been initiated into by sadhguru
The things that I experienced becoz of him during initiation into certain kriyas completely changed my perspectives.
In fact some of the things I experienced in one program left me in a state which made me inevitably bow down to him with reverence and gratitude.
It's hard to explain everything in messages but here's a few words
A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions
Basically what I'm saying is, he's not just a motivational speaker.

I have completed Inner engineering Program online and watched almost all the Sadguru Videos and speech available online.
I haven't met him in person but I know that this is not even 1% of Sadguru we find him online. He is much more than that. Too deep.
Also the kind of knowledge he has gathered, it cannot be achieved in one life span. He remembered his past 3 life time. What I found that he was Yogi all his past life and he remembers everything...all vast knowledge.
He can transcend in time and space. His many followers are also able to do that. His ultimate aim is to raise this awareness and go inward.

The illusion is that we are all trying to be lords of material nature, while actually we are under the grip of her stringent laws. When a servant artificially tries to imitate the all-powerful master, this is called illusion. In this polluted concept of life, we are all trying to exploit the resources of material nature, but actually we are becoming more and more entangled in her complexities. Therefore, although we are engaged in a hard struggle to conquer nature, we are ever more dependent on her. This illusory struggle against material nature can be stopped at once by revival of our God - Krsna consciousness. Krsna consciousness is not an artificial imposition on the mind; this consciousness is the original energy of the living entity. When we hear the transcendental vibration, this consciousness is revived. And this process is recommended for this age by authorities. By practical experience also, one can perceive that by chanting this maha-mantra, or the Great Chanting for Deliverance, one can at once feel a transcendental ecstasy coming through from the spiritual stratum. And when one is factually on the plane of spiritual understanding-surpassing the stages of senses, mind, and intelligence-one is situated on the transcendental plane. This chanting of Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare/ Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare is directly enacted from the spiritual platform, and thus this sound vibration surpasses all lower strata of consciousness-namely sensual, mental, and intellectual. There is no need, therefore, to understand the language of the mantra, nor is there any need for mental speculation or any intellectual adjustment for chanting this maha-mantra. It springs automatically from the spiritual platform, and as such, anyone can take part in the chanting without any previous qualification, and dance in ecstasy. We have seen this practically. Even a child can take part in the chanting, or even a dog can take part in it. Of course, for one who is too entangled in material life, it takes a little more time to come to the standard point, but even such a materially engrossed man is raised to the spiritual platform very quickly. When the mantra is chanted by a pure devotee of the Lord in love, it has the greatest efficacy on the hearers, and as such, this chanting should be heard from the lips of a pure devotee of the Lord, so that immediate effects can be achieved. As far as possible, chanting from the lips of nondevotees should be avoided. Milk touched by the lips of a serpent has poisonous effects. The word Hara is the form of addressing the energy of the Lord, and the words Krsna and Rama are forms of addressing the Lord Himself. Both Krsna and Rama mean “the supreme pleasure,” and Hara is the supreme pleasure energy of the Lord, changed to Hare in the vocative. The supreme pleasure energy of the Lord helps us to reach the Lord. The material energy, called maya, is also one of the multienergies of the Lord. And we, the living entities, are also the energy-marginal energy-of the Lord. The living entities are described as superior to material energy. When the superior energy is in contact with the inferior energy, an incompatible situation arises; but when the superior marginal energy is in contact with the superior energy, called Hara, the living entity is established in his happy, normal condition. These three words, namely Hare, Krsna, and Rama, are the transcendental seeds of the maha-mantra. The chanting is a spiritual call for the Lord and His internal energy, Hara, to give protection to the conditioned soul. This chanting is exactly like the genuine cry of a child for its mother. Mother Hara helps the devotee achieve the grace of the supreme father, Hari, or Krsna, and the Lord reveals Himself to the devotee who chants this mantra sincerely. No other means of spiritual realization, therefore, is as effective in this age as chanting the maha-mantra: Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare/ Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare.
