@@sololinnea okay, yes Tim have parental issues that have drastically affected his self esteem, but that conflict is a lot more relatable to normal teenagers (the target audience) than any story involving trauma from dead parents. The thing with every other Batfamily character is that their stories are almost dependent on an exploration of trauma from the death of a loved one. On Tim and Damian's ethnicities: Tim has at times been drawn to have a potentially mixed ethnicity, while not spesifically white, and whiteness not being an important aspect of the character, he has sometimes appeared to be half white, hassled mixed east-asian. For Damian, he partially inherits Thalia's ethnicity, but for Bruce's side, while he is 'traditionally' white, Bruce could be represented by an actor of really any ethnicity
I agree with every fancast except for Damian. I see where you're coming from with Walker playing him, but Damian has been characterized as white boy since his introduction in the comics even though he's canonically biracial, but like you said white has been the default in the comics for years. Rather than race bending a canonically white character, this is a perfect opportunity to look for more Middle Eastern and Asian child actors.
Yeah I thought it was really weird that Nando acknowledged the background but didn’t even think to fancast any Arab or Chinese child actors in the runner ups. I think Walker’s great (not for Damian, I actually think he’d be an excellent Wally West), but I would’ve been completely fine if Nando just threw in a random Arab or Chinese child actor (I’ve actually seen specific fancastings like this from other people, and there was even an Arab child actor cast for the unreleased live-action Wayne Family Adventures semi-official webseries that he could’ve brought up) and just said “This was the best I could do.”
@@donultrawide Yeah it felt weird to me too. I loved the web comic series and how they portrayed the characters. Also I never even thought of that. Walker would 100 percent be a great Wally West.
Yea it's kinda weird how Nightwing got more of an emphasis on his heritage (even though a non-romani actor was fancast anyways) even though it's arguably less prevelant than Damians
Y'all keep saying "kinda weird" as if to imply that Nando was intentionally or unintentionally whitewashing these fancasts but how has he ever shown himself to push any sort of white hegemonic ideals? Why the assumption of bad faith? Do you have any suggestions for who to cast instead that meets that specific mix of age and race demographic and acting ability? Any popular actors that fit that description that would've been hard to miss?
Something I saw suggested a while ago that I really like is that all of Batman’s sidekicks are actually better at something than Batman Dick is a better leader, Jason is better at intimidation, Barbara is better with technology, Tim is a better detective, Cass is a better fighter, Stephanie knows the streets of Gotham better and Damian is a better ninja The thing that makes Batman amazing is that he comes in second in all of those things
Jason has a way better handle on knowing villains and their MOs. He is often really knowledgeable about the underbelly ecosystem. I would really like it if this was expanded upon that only he truly sees criminals as what they are while Batman can have his judgement impaired by ideologies about redemption and second chances
Stephanie Brown being only Spoiler made her unique. She has a criminal dad, Cluemaster, so that is something to work with. That by itself cam be a solid movie. Having a criminal father is drama enough. Stephanie becoming Spoiler to stop him would be a cool movie on its own.
A part of me feels like Stephanie could be the Stealth Robin. She'd be the Robin who seems to appear out of thin air, the Robin who can go in and out without no one noticing, the Robin who could seemingly vanish. She could be the evader Robin if that makes sense, helping Bruce out by getting the enemy from behind and setting them up so Bruce can just take them out faster. She is shown to be somewhat of a nimble and quick foot character, so in my mind it makes sense.
Don't know much about Stephanie, but I like this idea. I find it fun when a character has a skill that seems to run counter to their personality, and the idea of the chattiest bat family member constantly sneaking up on people by accident sounds really charming.
@@seanfisher6904 exactly this! Also, in the original (Cassandra's) Batgirl run, Stephanie managed to go in and out Cass' cave without her noticing, and she was also a quick thinker. I think that would really suit an evader archetype as well. From that comic alone, she had so much potential, especially because she was being trained by Cassandra Cain herself, imagine the beast she could have been with stealth, agility, quick thinking and Cass' training
Yup, he's my favorite Robin. I suspect mainly because he's MY Robin, the Robin kicking around when I started reading comics. Plus I was aware how much dislike for him existed in the fanbase and I think I like an underdog, so I sort of fell into the role of defending him and seeing his brighter spots. Supersons was the first thing I really read him in as well, and he has such a great dynamic with Jon. Long live the Supersons!
@@velemamba260 I feel like we are proof of his statement because I despise damian wayne. My favourite is Tim Drake because I like the idea that batman needs an opposite personality to balance him out and so having a robin who acts just like batman has no point to mw
He's my favorite Robin. He's been since I watched his DCAU movies as a preteen in middle school. I've graduated and I'm an adult now but he still remains my favorite. The minute I saw Javon from Euphoria I knew he would be perfect for Damian.
Was surprised you didn’t bring up Riley Lai Nelet of Paper Girls, as she has expressed direct interest in playing Cassandra and said she is a big fan of her in the comics
Hadn’t seen anything she has been in, but she seems decent and wanting the role is nice. However, she seems to only be 14 right now, so maybe in a few years she will be closer to the 18-20 range and be considered. Thanks for the recommendation.
i think riley lai nelet would be amazing as cassandra. she’s a little on the younger side (just turned 15) but she’s already a trained martial artist, with a black belt in kung-fu. she has the looks and has expressed interest in the role
I’m obsessed with Momono Tamada as Cassandra Cain. She’s a little young (16) but I’ve always pictured Cassandra being kind of short and youthful ngl. She’s got this perfect rbf blended with a genuine energy and passion. I’m super excited to see her as Ty Lee in the Avatar show. As a bonus, she plays a young Kimiko on The Boys and is practically identical to Karen Fukuhara
Ngl as the Robin I grew up with, I always related Tim Drake as a second or third generation Asian American, he's the superhero I related to the most. If we were casting 5-8 years ago my number one pick would have been Ryan Potter, he has the Tim Drake vibe, the martial arts experience, and the superhero experience in big hero 6
If you think McKenna Grace has kept a low profile, you've not been looking in the right direction. She's just not been supported by the Nickelodeon or Disney hype machines. She's just been consistently working since the age of 7, playing every pretty blonde character's younger self, coasting on her own talent alone. The only issue with trying to get her for Stephanie would be locking her down. As for Damian, casting him is almost a fool's errand. Once you go below 15, any casting has a 2-year expiration date. Also, as you are not a professional casting agent, you must rely on previous works to act as the audition. Well-cast child characters are almost always relative unknowns. They'll frequently have some experience in soap operas or single episodes of television dramas, usually police procedurals. To comb through those roles would be tedious, while in the real world, they're managed by agents who responds to casting calls, which include ethnic backgrounds. I even tried out IMDb's advanced name search to see if I could find any possibilities that weren't the whitebreadiest child actors out there, and I stop seeing headshots before I could get any solid leads. I admire your tenacity, though.
I feel like it's probably important to mention that a version of Steph went through a teen pregnancy. I won't sit here and talk in-depth about this, because I honestly don't know too much about it, but I think it's an interesting idea that forces a young and naive Stephanie to grow up a little.
Me, a percy jackson reader, hearing you descrive Damian and the qualities needed for the actor to portray him: "oh he's definitely gonnna pick Walker isn't he?"
Definitely love the relationship between Stef and Cass from the comics and how they bonded over their traumatic childhoods. I flat out refused to watch BOP b/c of it's depiction of Cass, BUT if they had made her Steph I wld have watched it.
In the Robin solo series where Damian goes off to compete in a mortal kombat tournament and reveals his most prized possession is a shoujo manga and also starts a weird relationship with a villains side kick who kills him... which tracks for Wayne taste's in women, we get to meet Raj's mother, and get flashbacks to pre Lazurus Raj, and it almost seemed Babylonian, maybe they're retconning him to be even older
Stephanie's signature weapon is "electromagnetic gooperangs." Throwing stars that turn into goopy foam and then zap people. They're hilarious, and how dare you not remember them!
Really disappointed of no mention of David Mazouz (Bruce Wayne - Gotham TV-series), like I know he's too old now. But he would have been perfect and has said he actually wants too play Damian Wayne, and would be just nice too mention him. I just love Damian as a character, especially when he grows older, the animated movies was able too absolutely redeem him from me, and is my favorite Robin (as Robin, I like Dick Greyson more, but as Nightwing not Robin).
I once read a fanfic where Ra's was white but leaned really into east Asian aethetics because he thought it made him seem more dangerous. And the reason he had an Arabic name but dressed in random garb from across Asia was because he didn't know anything about the cultures he was pulling from for his "mysterious" Demon's Head persona. I think it was a funny way of addressing both the ambiguity of his race and the orientalism that comics frequently display when writing stories about the al-Ghuls
There isn't any ambiguity to Ra's race. He's 100% of East Asian descent while also being part Arabic. Same with Damian who was incredibly miss casted in this. Damian is half Chinese and Half Arab.
@@parzivalx01 While I don't disagree I do think people [at least the people in charge of casting] see Ra's race as mutable. This is a problem with a lot of mixed-race characters in comics. If you see the ways, Conner Hawk, Kyle Rayner, Bane or most prominently Damian have been depicted in comics anyone unfamiliar with their origins would assume they were only white. I think that's one of the messiest aspects of race in comics. Because in the real world there is no definitive way to look biracial. The way you phenotypically present is random. You could be darker or lighter than your parents and have or not have X racial features. And that's perfectly fine and natural. But when you're depicting a fictional character the choices you make in presenting their race mean more. If people draw Damian with basically no racialized features they're telling their audience they want them to engage with him as white. Especially because it's not like comics are going to have storylines about how Damian feels about being white-passing or his connection to his race. No one would ever cast a white person to play Steel but they didn't bat an eye about casting Liam Neeson as Ra's. I think it says a lot about how his race is perceived in the wider world
I'm so glad this has become a regular thing. I think this is my favourite series on the channel. As a non comic reader it gives me a quick but thorough history of the characters in comics as well as a look at their personality I don't think i'd get elsewhere. Plus I kind of love seeing the evolution of his art from the earlier videos. It's an impressive skill I love there being an excuse to use. Any casting videos, however many more are made, is an automatic like for me. Especially considering I didn't think I'd be that interested in one let alone two Bat family videos. Now I'm genuinely a fan.
So the only issue with this video is you got 1 thing wrong about Tim. He can't be batman and knows it. Every time a future Tim that became batman is shown he's super effective but overall horrible at it because he's even more obsessive than Bruce and tends to start killing because without Bruce there as a model he does the logic thing people in the real world do and decides killing 1 person to potentially save 100s. Tim is definitely the best Robin though
@@justnojustn3036 the worst part about it is idk why Of course dick Grayson is my favorite robin Jason is second Damian is my third favorite and Tim Drake is my fourth favorite I think it’s Damian’s redeeming qualities I think he has the path to become better because he’s still a child and damian loves his father and everyone else in the bar family especially dick Grayson but he’s a ego driven child who’s scared to admit he care and I think he is a wild card for the future he could be the destroyer of Gotham in the future or he could be the savior because it all depends on his path he chooses idk it’s something about how he could grow to be better to me

Euphoria season 2 turned Javon Walton’s character into a teenage Winter Soldier, so he can definitely pull the edgy bratty Damien if they started filming yesterday

I'm surprised Young Justice isn't really mentioned in these characterization videos. I really enjoyed that series and highly recommend it if you haven't seen it yet

Hey. A bit late too the party, but would like to pour in my thoughts. As much as we would want all the main 8 to feature in the DCU, since this is live action, I think they might take elements from a few and combine them into a single character. Heres what I mean, I think they are really adamant on developing Damian as the Robin. And as much as I empathise with Drake, I think that he primarily serves as an intermediary or filler role. Therefore, in order to give this particular character a unique arc of their own, instead of just sidelining them once damian comes in, we could make this character a hybrid of Drake and the batgirls. So what will happen is that after Jason is presumably dead we might have either Stephanie or Cassandra be the current Robin as in where we pick up from in the DCU. Her origins might be a combination of Drakes, her own. And once Damian comes in, we might further the plot in such a way that she forms a certain mentor kind of bond with him and grooms him to become Robin. And then, like Drake went on to become red robin, she might go on to take on the mantle of Batgirl. And there we have it; Nightwing, todd, Robin, Batgirl. And perhaps even one Batwoman. I believe these 5 along with obviously, Alfred and Catwoman would make the perfect DCU bat-family. Thoughts???
Number 5 from Umbrella Academy is just too perfect not to age the character up to leverage. He can also skew younger, I’d buy him at 16, possibly 15, so seems like the clear choice imo. I mean, 14 year old crime fighters are dumb to begin with so the live action would probably want to age him up anyway. If I had to imagine one of these kids with swords running around on screen, I quickly lose the charm of the comics/animated, and just see nonsense.
Tim Drake: I love Bassett for Tim! I feel like Martell works wonderfully for the role as well. Stephanie: For me personally, Stephanie's bright blonde hair is important. Her hair helps her really stand out, particularly as (as you mentioned) Stephanie isn't really the best at anything. I was glad you kept the blonde hair in your pick. Cassandra: I didn't see it in Lana initially but the more I thought about it the more I liked it 😭. She just looks so sweet lol. Part of Cassandra's charm is that she looks dangerous but has a lot of wholesome moments. Damian: Aiden Gallagher would have been such a fantastic Damian but he is, alas, too old for the role. Javon gives me Jason Todd vibes tbh. Too young for the role of course but in a couple of years I could see it. I KNEW you were going to pick Walker lol. One thing I will say though - Walker probably wouldn't dye his hair. It's been discussed pretty intensely that he's apparently not dying his hair for Percy Jackson.
Jack Dylan Grazer is actually voicing Jonathan Kent (Superboy) in the new animated Batman & Superman: Battle of the Super Sons movie that screened at NYCC last weekend.
45:33 Stephanie is the one who takes a bumper pole, breaks it in half and yells “READY!” And if she doesn’t have that, she slings over a bowling ball. Or yeah, the three section nunchuck because it looks cool and she practiced with it.
AHHHH IM EO MAD aiden would’ve been PERFECT for Damian. His performance on umbrella academy just screamed Damian. Plus he could fight. Maybe an older Damian. (Haven’t finished vid so idk who he picked)
Another amazing fancast video Nando. I woulld love to hear your fancastings foor othher DC character's like Superman and his characters, The Justice League and DC villains like Lex, Joker, Darkseid, Reverse-Flash, Sinestro
I would not accept an actor that isn't at least half Arab to play Damian. There are actual panels of Damian getting traditional Arab attire tailored instead of a suit for Bruce and Selina's wedding. He's definitely supposed to be half Arab. Not to mention that Arabs are extremely underrepresented in mainstream media so the fact that the son of one of the most popular superheroes is half Arab is a big deal and taking that representation away would be awful. Giving this role to yet another white boy would be such a shame, especially considering that Damian's the only Robin that's canonically not 100% white.
I think a perfect choice for Stephanie Brown is Alyvia Alyn Lind from the Chucky TV series. She is currently 15, naturally blonde (not essential, but nice) and in the show, she plays a teen with a troubled personality due to her despicable parents, but keeps a joyful attitude around her peers. She becomes a main character in the series, giving her experience as a co-lead in a large, ongoing franchise. Think you'd be impressed if you're brave enough to look up clips lol.
Ugh, you mentioning Javon Walton for Damian really makes me fall in love with the idea of him as Damian. Honestly him in Euphoria is Damian-ish. That’s my new dream casting
EXACTLY!!! I thought of Damian the minute I first heard him speak in the show! Glad I'm not the only one. I've been begging for the casting to become reality for a couple of years now.😭
Okay we need more Tim Drake x Jubilee comics asap, I mean the proudest member of the Bat family with the proudest X-Men and mutant, sign me up, soo perfect...
You're absolutely right about Aidan Gallagher. As soon as you said his name it clicked with me how perfect he would have been. He's always been super mature and I know he would've done everything he could to be the best representation of Damian.
Aidan Gallagher is amazing as Fives. He really seems like he would have been a perfect Damian Wayne. I still think he works, personally, but maybe someone younger would be better.
He casted a bunch of white kids as Damian so that's not exactly racially accurate 💀 Damian is half Arab and half Chinese. Cassandra Cain is also Chinese, not Vietnamese.
I honestly really, really loved Tynion's Detective Comics and the Robin-Spoiler-Orphan trio at the backbone of that book seems like the ideal status quo to me.

@@captaincrisis226 Exactly my point.
Something I saw suggested a while ago that I really like is that all of Batman’s sidekicks are actually better at something than Batman
Dick is a better leader, Jason is better at intimidation, Barbara is better with technology, Tim is a better detective, Cass is a better fighter, Stephanie knows the streets of Gotham better and Damian is a better ninja
The thing that makes Batman amazing is that he comes in second in all of those things
Agreed to a T. Each "kid" has a specialty
She once almost sneaked up on Batman, with him acknowledging "Not many people can do that."
She has been able to sneak up on Batman before, and not many people can do that
If Joshua is gonna be Tim and McKenna being Stephanie, the age difference makes their relationship VERY weird
“Jason Todd’s weakness!” Had me ROLLING 😂
The idea of casting twins to play Damien is a great investment if you do plan to do the clone thing later on
“I been waiting for this one. Turn it up!”
Fun fact: The 'Tim Drake' actor from 'Titans' was the "clown" with the half-painted face in the opening scene of 'The Batman'.
I feel like Damien Wayne is either people’s MOST favorite Robin, or their LEAST favorite Robin, there’s never really an in-between
It either you hate him cause he is a little shit you love him cause he is a little shit
ya lol
"Walker Scobell as Damian Wayne"
Rare miss, Nando - rare miss...
That would be white washing damin
“…Cassandra *is* a weapon.” Man, was not expecting that joke, great delivery.
Tim, Steph and Cass are so underrated as characters
Was surprised you didn’t bring up Riley Lai Nelet of Paper Girls, as she has expressed direct interest in playing Cassandra and said she is a big fan of her in the comics
Interesting
Hadn’t seen anything she has been in, but she seems decent and wanting the role is nice. However, she seems to only be 14 right now, so maybe in a few years she will be closer to the 18-20 range and be considered. Thanks for the recommendation.
Didn't know who she was, looked her up, and yeah she's a great pick.
I can't say I've seen her in anything, but she definitely looks like Cass. I don't know about her physical skill though.
i think riley lai nelet would be amazing as cassandra. she’s a little on the younger side (just turned 15) but she’s already a trained martial artist, with a black belt in kung-fu. she has the looks and has expressed interest in the role
After seeing this Bat Family casting, I'm honestly curious How he'll cast the Green Lantern Corps
Either Jamie Foxx or Michael Jae White for John Stewart
I’m obsessed with Momono Tamada as Cassandra Cain. She’s a little young (16) but I’ve always pictured Cassandra being kind of short and youthful ngl.
She’s got this perfect rbf blended with a genuine energy and passion. I’m super excited to see her as Ty Lee in the Avatar show.
As a bonus, she plays a young Kimiko on The Boys and is practically identical to Karen Fukuhara
I know I'm nitpicking, but I learned from the best. If you do the math Cassandra Cain is few months older than Jason.
32:48 that was Tynion’s Detective Run not Batman run, but I love that moment too
'Great Value Riddler'
absolutely in love with this description
I feel like it's probably important to mention that a version of Steph went through a teen pregnancy. I won't sit here and talk in-depth about this, because I honestly don't know too much about it, but I think it's an interesting idea that forces a young and naive Stephanie to grow up a little.
She ends up giving up the baby for adoption I believe
But who will voice Ace? Batdog deserves the Nando treatment too!
Gotta be Kevin Conroy
Peter Cullen
Kevin heart.
Can’t wait for your fancasting for Superman Legacy, the Brave and the Bold, and the other announced chapter 1 characters
Damien had grown over his time in comics and have become one of my favorite dc character
STEPHANIE IS THE BRAVEST ROBIN! That is what makes her stand out.
Loved seeing Wyatt and Jenna in a fan casting video, btw we need a Bat Family movie pitch ASAP
@@parzivalx01 he’s a quarter Arab and a quarter Chinese and half white you dumb bass
Yes its kind a major thing with Tim that he cant become Batman because he’s too similar to Bruce
I guess I’m one of the rare people who love Damian Wayne
Can you explain why?
@@justnojustn3036 the worst part about it is idk why Of course dick Grayson is my favorite robin Jason is second Damian is my third favorite and Tim Drake is my fourth favorite I think it’s Damian’s redeeming qualities I think he has the path to become better because he’s still a child and damian loves his father and everyone else in the bar family especially dick Grayson but he’s a ego driven child who’s scared to admit he care and I think he is a wild card for the future he could be the destroyer of Gotham in the future or he could be the savior because it all depends on his path he chooses idk it’s something about how he could grow to be better to me
@@justnojustn3036 He’s just really interesting from his backstory to how much he’s grown as a character. People love to downgrade him to just being a brat but they things he deals with and the reason behind his actions are always interesting to think about imo. His relationships, how he treats his dad’s other companions, and many other things just make him really cool.
I am too!!
Can't believe he left out the most important member of the bat family
The bat cow :(
Euphoria season 2 turned Javon Walton’s character into a teenage Winter Soldier, so he can definitely pull the edgy bratty Damien if they started filming yesterday
Yeah I do think he's got a lot of the right stuff but after Samaritan he feels just a little too old for me.
I really liked how they did Orphan on Young Justice. IIRC they didn't really mention her father, and she adopted the moniker as a way of separating herself from Lady Shiva.
I'm surprised Young Justice isn't really mentioned in these characterization videos. I really enjoyed that series and highly recommend it if you haven't seen it yet
Young Justice is actually how I learned about Orphan and Spoiler since they were all just Batgirl to me before appearing in YJ season 3. I still don't know much about Spoiler, but Orphan is awesome in that show
not sure where my other comment went, but yall should listen to nando's podcast, its free on spotify and such, and its really fun. he talks about movies that he hasnt made a video for yet, like love and thunder, and its a lot less restricted than his videos
edit: he did just say he would quit podcasting if it meant rogan would quit too, so that wasnt cool. everyone is entitled to their own opinions but nando, rogan is the reason you are able to make real money podcasting. love you tho man
I love how detailed and considerate you are with these fancastings 💗
Thoughts???
13:38 you can try to gloss over The Book of Henry, but Henry planned for that
Number 5 from Umbrella Academy is just too perfect not to age the character up to leverage.
So. Tim Drake 22 and Stephanie Brown 16… The FBI would like to know your location.
In a five man band Stephanie is the heart.
So glad you've seen "I am not okay with this". So sad that show was cancelled.
he finds...A CROW BAR! Jason's one weakness!
Everything you said about Tim in this video officially makes you one of my favorite content creator.
Edit: creators*
Also Joshua Basset would be great for a later-on Batfamily story like when all the Robins have been in action for a while and stuff like that.
Was really hoping to see Oona O'brien for cassie, but still, you casting is amazing as always
When you’re chilling watching Nando and he casually casts your brother-in-law as Tim Drake.
Who?
"....Tim Drake is the best Robin"
*like*
*press like button repeatedly in futility*
"Damien was the worst"
(☞゚∀゚)☞
I think Javon would be perfect as ANY ROBIN and I love the idea people have thrown around as him as Robin for Robert Pattinson Bruce
Damien and Jason’s dynamic is very fun IMO
I was wondering when you were gonna do this video, but this was worth a wait
bro Emma Meyers (Enid from Wednesday) would be the PERFECT Stephanie Brown
It's been discussed pretty intensely that he's apparently not dying his hair for Percy Jackson.
honestly trying to find an actor for damian is so hard
I will say I now prefer the Webtoons version who presents as more mixed. But I know it's also hard to find a young actor that checks all the boxes.
THANK YOU NANDOR! :D
Jack Dylan Grazer is actually voicing Jonathan Kent (Superboy) in the new animated Batman & Superman: Battle of the Super Sons movie that screened at NYCC last weekend.
YES THANK YOU IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS, NEVER STOP MAKING THESE
45:33 Stephanie is the one who takes a bumper pole, breaks it in half and yells “READY!” And if she doesn’t have that, she slings over a bowling ball. Or yeah, the three section nunchuck because it looks cool and she practiced with it.
Nando here is a weird challenge.
Cast the Superman Family, please, I want to see your take on them
Yeah, how would he cast all the different super boys and maybe Steel.
She’s a bit young but I think Riley Lai Nelet from Paper Girls would be an AMAZING Cass Cain
She would be a solid pick if she were a bit older or they just did a slightly younger Cass, which isn't out of the question.
I wonder if Damian will hang out with Bat Cow and Titus 🥰
AHHHH IM EO MAD aiden would’ve been PERFECT for Damian. His performance on umbrella academy just screamed Damian. Plus he could fight. Maybe an older Damian. (Haven’t finished vid so idk who he picked)
They should cast me as Tim Drake because I like LEGO Batman.
Leo Howard as Nightwing
The ship that can stop the DC vs Marvel war
Personally, I would much prefer to have Damien Wayne played by the esteemed Sir Not Appearing In This Film.
i immediately thought of kimiko when you were describing cassandra cain
Love to see your cast for a Batman Beyond.
Great video nando.
Thanks!
If younger the guy who plays number 5 in Umbrella Academy is perfect for the role.
Cassandra Cain had easly one of my all time fav panels when she was getting on batwomans case for killing clayface
Damian Wayne was basically Vegeta, during the first few years.
I actually took my daughter to a traveling circus this weekend and had a great time.
Oona O'Brien from Cobra Kai as a suggestion for Cassandra Cain
You're absolutely right about Aidan Gallagher. As soon as you said his name it clicked with me how perfect he would have been. He's always been super mature and I know he would've done everything he could to be the best representation of Damian.
To me Javon is way better. Euphoria proves it. He's an adult in a kids body.
Aidan Gallagher is amazing as Fives. He really seems like he would have been a perfect Damian Wayne.
I still think he works, personally, but maybe someone younger would be better.
I'm a real fan of how you cast racially accurate and touch on others that don't need to be put in a catagory
He casted a bunch of white kids as Damian so that's not exactly racially accurate 💀 Damian is half Arab and half Chinese. Cassandra Cain is also Chinese, not Vietnamese.
@@parzivalx01 Damian is a quarter Arab and Chinese and half white but cool I get your point.
I honestly really, really loved Tynion's Detective Comics and the Robin-Spoiler-Orphan trio at the backbone of that book seems like the ideal status quo to me.
bruh how tf you gonna say with complete sincerity that young sheldon should play damian wayne aint no way
I'm so excited to watch this!! Loved your first video!!!
I think it’s so unfortunate that the best Stephanie Brown adaptation is…Artemis from the Young Justice cartoon
That's a great point
There’s a bit of Cassandra Cain vibes to Artemis and Cheshire as well.
I mean personality wise artemis is way different than Stephanie
