@Haylee Haack if you have a samsung they have a fitness tracker as well and it works pretty good. There’s also a watch that is pretty cheap it’s called a b-fit. You can find it a Walmart and it tracks your steps and the time.
This is still super helpful!! I'm 14 and there's no sports available at my school, so my health has been declining because of my lack of activity. But this really gave me a solid routine! Thanks!
Well I should sleep but instead I am crying, eating and watching annie wondering why I Can't be as motivated as her, all while making no sound at all and hating myself. This is gonna be a loooong night

Some days will be worse than others. U've just got 2 push through those days even if ur crawling and not running. If u can make ur bed in the morning, at least u've done something that day. Do wat u can and when u feel better, slowly work on improving urself and do wat makes u happy. Don't punish urself 4 eating a cookie or twinkie or some junk food here and there. Enjoy it and continue on. Everything takes time, so instead of comparing urself 2 others who r more motivated, set those ppl as examples of wat u want 2 improve on and how u want 2 positively change:) Maybe make a schedule 2 help urself out. Do wat u c best. Much love

I think I feel so happy there are other teens trying. I thought only the older ones tried weight loss journey and now I feel supported.
also calories differ per height/weight and lifestyle! I’m 5’9, 130 lbs and play 3 sports and workout daily so I need more calories than the average person!
I have been struggling with body image and how I see myself, I went from having an eating disorder to getting better and accepting myself then back to my eating disorder, and I want to get better again and seeing people with realistic bodys and being happy with themselfs really encourages me to get better and start enjoying food without feeling guilty and not just looking at the scale. So thank you Annie for doing this with me❤
yeah, I think that sometimes we feel like we are getting so good and then we go back three steps though I think it is just important to remember is that there is always the stage where we don´t workout and eat healthy for the right reasons/ don't eat at all but there is always the stage where you are working out for the right reasons and treating your body right so just remember there is always a light at the end of the tunnel and good luck on your fitness journey!!
@@calireese7836 aw thank you so much it makes me feel better to know that I'm not alone but sometimes I would feel alone and my eating disorder would keep nagging at me and telling me that she's the only one I have, and idk becuase for me my eating disorder is like a person if that makes sense? But yea it does feel like you take a step forward then 3 steps back

this is SO helpful!! Im also 14 and started my own fitness journey in June. The hardest part for me is eating, since I'm not a big fan of salads and a pretty picky eater. I started working out everyday just like you but since April. And since June Ive gone to an intense training gym full of adults, and being the only teen. So working out for me is the 'easier' part to do, since we're paying and I am committed. But its been discouraging after 6 months and not seeing intense results, but I know being active is helping my body in the long run, but after watching this, I'm going to start eating cleaner and taking in more of the knowledge you shared, I can't wait to continue my journey, Annie you have helped me SO much and I'm so proud of how far you've come!! ive been watching you since less than 10k!

This is the most natural and realistic health journey I’ve seen in a while, it’s about making it your lifestyle and not just a temporary thing. I also didn’t know “spot reducing fat” isn’t a thing I used to always target my belly muscles the most at first and it just made me so tired and dizzy lol. Thank you so much for the good information you’re genuinely inspiring me to be better and pay more attention to my health for my health

a started to be calorie-aware around like 2.5 months ago and honestly my best descion. to elaborate-my goal was never to gain or lose weight and keeping track of them loosely has helped me stay at my ideal weight and i feel so good

i’ve always been insecure about my weight. i’ve always weighed a little more than everyone else. so this year during quarantine i decided to do a workout video. then lift weights after a few minutes of resting. about two-three weeks ago i started weight lifting 2 times a week with my uncle who is a certified trainer. i lifted 85 pounds the second week. i did hit workouts the other days. i’ve been the same weight since august. it’s still so hard around the holidays too. i’m also that type that gains weight after eating. i had a bad habit of binge eating for a while.. i’m getting better, but it’s still not as good as i want it to be. annie, you’re so inspiring for the teenagers out there! you make us believe we can do a lot with our bodies that are good. i also love your food ideas. have a great day/night everyone!!

This is such a well put together video Annie! Very informative and helpful. I've been struggling to get back on the grind of working out daily and I miss it but can't seem to find the motivation lately. Also would like to try intermittent fasting but haven't stuck to it yet, just have to remind myself that consistency is key!

I love this video so much!! Apart from intermittent fasting this video is everything I used to do and still do in terms of workout and being calorie aware, I always get judged so much because people either don’t understand of just assume things
