Ergo: Fast metabolism. So eating to STAY thin can be up to 2,500 calories/day. Please grow out of your bubble and STOP associating size 0-2 Models with health just because their thin. You're supposed to let the chia seeds sit in the milk for at least two hours so it gelatinizes and becomes like and actual pudding consistency. It's actually really good I like it in coconut milk!
i like to take a tablespoon or so of chia seeds in a measuring cup, and a few tablespoons of hot/warm water from the sink, and let it soak while i prepare the smoothie and the seeds become soft after a few minutes!

I was bedridden for half a year, so I couldn't cook, and my partner only knew how to 'warm' stuff, so we ate trash fool the whole period. Our food bill DOUBLED! Back to normal I started cooking healthy again, and the bill went down to were it was a year before. 🤷

If you ever want to give the Chia Pudding a go again, its supposed to be left overnight so that the seeds can soak the milk and honestly it is so much better and the protein probably wouldn't have tasted so weird. It is the same method as making overnight oats. :)
I’m doing that right now! I had horrible withdrawal symptoms because it’s my first day today, so I had a TINY Madeleine because my mom bought them and she wanted me to try it and i couldn’t resist it :( buttttt I am eating way healthier than before and drinking more water
I professionally modeled, including runway. We woke up, did 2 hours workout, got to eat an egg or fruit for breakfast, worked out again 45-60 minutes, ate lunch of veggies and salad, we drank water all day to feel full (only water), and we ate salad or veggies and only meat (chicken or turkey or fish) but only 4oz of it and had more water. That was daily. We walked a lot (10K steps a day and checked trackers) and we mostly took mass transit so we also walked all over the place getting one place to the other too, we had to get 10 hours sleep per night. The only exercises we did was walking, weights, swimming, and yoga. We took iron, calcium and pea protein (better than other proteins and does not affect hormones like soy or others can). We used lemon or dry seasonings on our foods but no sugar or salt was added to our foods. If we wanted dessert we had fruit, and we had carrot juice on cheat days. Some days we had to work out extra long like 4 hrs a day, 5 days per week. On 2 days off we did still walk or swim but no gym for weights.
Hey, just a little tip, you're supposed to leave the chia pudding in the fridge overnight. It's not supposed to be liquid. Also adding a bit of vanilla extract is delicious :)
From Italy, this menu doesnt sound "healthy" or "veggy" is just what you re supposed to eat. We have a lil bit of pasta more, but im sad that there are countrys that overprice good food.

What I have noticed from all these ( What I eat in a day) model videos are the following. 1. Usually organic and high quality ingredients 2. Usually eating lots of vegetables, berries, with a few nuts and seeds and a high and lean protein source in each meal whether they are vegan, vegetarian or paleo with animal products 3. Portion control: They eat at specific times and only eat what is on their small bowl or plate 4. Some take digestive aids through out the day ( ginger, green tea, apple cider vinegar, digestive enzymes, and probiotics) 5. Some do intermittent fasting meaning the stop eating by a certain time like 7pm and don't eat till 7am 6. They workout every day and many have personal trainers and do weight training or body weight resistance exercises such as pilates and using bands and ropes 7. They drink a lot of water 8. Some models are caffeine free others just try to reduce coffee intake and use plant based milk such as almond or oat 9. Did I already mention ginger and green tea/matcha? 10. Something I have never seen mentioned in these videos but...proper sleep. If you hormones are all wacked out because of not getting sleep it doesn't matter how healthy you eat or how much you exercise, sleep is the key to maintaining a healthy metabolism, and hormones. As a fellow model ( I do mostly figure and since I am short, 5'5, I don't do runway) I notice I feel the best and keep a healthy weight when I do everything I just listed. However if you are trying to put on a lot of muscle which has been my goal the past 2 years you need to eat WAY more than what most models eat. See these videos as inspiration but know to calculate your own calorie needs and what your budget can hadel.
sooo fun fact. I'm 5'9 and when I went through my last severe depression I got down to 112 pounds and was pretty much only eating pizza or mcdonalds the thing is I was going so long between eating because I had no fucking appetite that it really didn't matter because end of the day its calories in calories out. When I eat clean I consistently weigh around 130 lbs vs when I'm so depressed living off pizza and beer with no appetite its closer to 115-120 so like idk maybe bella has a major case of the bummers lol

True. I am size 0 and eat pizza on the regular. When I say I eat pizza 3 times a week that means I order one little pizza with minimal topping (6 slices) and always eat 2 slices. Not a large cheesy crust pizza 3 times a week followed by a Tiramisu. It's the quantity.
This is very true. It's easy to overeat past your calories due to how calorie-rich junk food is. But you can lose weight on 12 to 1500 calories on salad or chocolate bars. Just depends on if you want to deal with potentially getting sick from all the sugar and chocolate inflaming your system. Legit though, just find out how many calories you need to maintain or lose for your height and stick to that number. Regardless of what you eat.

People do "OMAD", or one meal a day, as a form of intermittent fasting. Works for some but I don't think it will work for most people as they can be a little too restrictive with it. But they usually get their day's worth of calories in one meal.
This has been in my recommended for a while but I never wanted to click on the video bc I was afraid it would be triggering but honestly you are so funny and cute and your attitude was absolute gold. Zero regrets :)
I’m so glad you commented about the price. It is a misconception that real food cost more. Real food cost much much less than eating out in restaurants. Or buying in the grocery store a bunch of package foods. If a person eats real food. It cost so much less than buying junk food. I have known this and done this all my life. But it does require a person to cook. A person can meal prep for the week in just a couple of hours and save a lot of money, and the most important thing is have a healthy body.

Its possible she does. As a former bulimic i ate crap too. Difference was i workes out extra hard and the junk food i ate was extremely limited. Like 1 piece of pizza and mini candy bar and thats all i ate that day. Its all about calories in and calories out. "Health food' has nothing to do with wieght loss, you can be a raw vegan and be fat and a sugar hound and be stick thin.

If you ever want to give the Chia Pudding a go again, its supposed to be left overnight so that the seeds can soak the milk and honestly it is so much better and the protein probably wouldn't have tasted so weird. It is the same method as making overnight oats. :)

I professionally modeled, including runway. We woke up, did 2 hours workout, got to eat an egg or fruit for breakfast, worked out again 45-60 minutes, ate lunch of veggies and salad, we drank water all day to feel full (only water), and we ate salad or veggies and only meat (chicken or turkey or fish) but only 4oz of it and had more water. That was daily. We walked a lot (10K steps a day and checked trackers) and we mostly took mass transit so we also walked all over the place getting one place to the other too, we had to get 10 hours sleep per night. The only exercises we did was walking, weights, swimming, and yoga. We took iron, calcium and pea protein (better than other proteins and does not affect hormones like soy or others can). We used lemon or dry seasonings on our foods but no sugar or salt was added to our foods. If we wanted dessert we had fruit, and we had carrot juice on cheat days. Some days we had to work out extra long like 4 hrs a day, 5 days per week. On 2 days off we did still walk or swim but no gym for weights.

What I have noticed from all these ( What I eat in a day) model videos are the following.
1. Usually organic and high quality ingredients
2. Usually eating lots of vegetables, berries, with a few nuts and seeds and a high and lean protein source in each meal whether they are vegan, vegetarian or paleo with animal products
3. Portion control: They eat at specific times and only eat what is on their small bowl or plate
4. Some take digestive aids through out the day ( ginger, green tea, apple cider vinegar, digestive enzymes, and probiotics)
5. Some do intermittent fasting meaning the stop eating by a certain time like 7pm and don't eat till 7am
6. They workout every day and many have personal trainers and do weight training or body weight resistance exercises such as pilates and using bands and ropes
7. They drink a lot of water
8. Some models are caffeine free others just try to reduce coffee intake and use plant based milk such as almond or oat
9. Did I already mention ginger and green tea/matcha?
10. Something I have never seen mentioned in these videos but...proper sleep. If you hormones are all wacked out because of not getting sleep it doesn't matter how healthy you eat or how much you exercise, sleep is the key to maintaining a healthy metabolism, and hormones.
As a fellow model ( I do mostly figure and since I am short, 5'5, I don't do runway)
I notice I feel the best and keep a healthy weight when I do everything I just listed.
However if you are trying to put on a lot of muscle which has been my goal the past 2 years you need to eat WAY more than what most models eat.
See these videos as inspiration but know to calculate your own calorie needs and what your budget can hadel.

I'm 5'9 and when I went through my last severe depression I got down to 112 pounds and was pretty much only eating pizza or mcdonalds the thing is I was going so long between eating because I had no fucking appetite that it really didn't matter because end of the day its calories in calories out. When I eat clean I consistently weigh around 130 lbs vs when I'm so depressed living off pizza and beer with no appetite its closer to 115-120 so like idk maybe bella has a major case of the bummers lol

True. I am size 0 and eat pizza on the regular. When I say I eat pizza 3 times a week that means I order one little pizza with minimal topping (6 slices) and always eat 2 slices. Not a large cheesy crust pizza 3 times a week followed by a Tiramisu. It's the quantity.
This is very true. It's easy to overeat past your calories due to how calorie-rich junk food is. But you can lose weight on 12 to 1500 calories on salad or chocolate bars. Just depends on if you want to deal with potentially getting sick from all the sugar and chocolate inflaming your system.
Legit though, just find out how many calories you need to maintain or lose for your height and stick to that number. Regardless of what you eat.

People do "OMAD", or one meal a day, as a form of intermittent fasting. Works for some but I don't think it will work for most people as they can be a little too restrictive with it. But they usually get their day's worth of calories in one meal.

I’m so glad you commented about the price. It is a misconception that real food cost more. Real food cost much much less than eating out in restaurants. Or buying in the grocery store a bunch of package foods.
If a person eats real food. It cost so much less than buying junk food. I have known this and done this all my life. But it does require a person to cook. A person can meal prep for the week in just a couple of hours and save a lot of money, and the most important thing is have a healthy body.
