I was hurt and heart broken when a very big problem occurred in my marriage seven months ago, between me and my wife . so terrible that she took the case to court to file a divorce. She said that she cannot continue to stay with me again, and she said "I don't love you anymore" So she took her things out of the house and made me and my children passed through several emotional pain. I tried all my possible means to get her back, after much begging, but all to no avail. and she confirmed it that she has made her decision, and she never wanted to see me again. So one evening, as i was coming back from work ,i meant an old friend of mine who asked of my wife .So i explained every thing to him, so he told me that the only way i can get my wife back, is to visit a prophet to know what is really behind this issue, because it has really worked for other people too. she is 14. i am 13. it makes me feel happy. atleast someone is there who isnt 18 or 20 but is my age who actually cares about health and doesnt eat Starbucks for breakfast. mc donalds for lunch and chippotle for dinner and say they never gain weight. Maybe some of them are not there but alot are.

Turns out after 2 weeks of counting calories, it was ruining my mental health, so I ended up reverse dieting without even knowing it had a name. Feel so much better about my relationship with food now!
ok so i’m 13 and i have felt bad and insecure about my body for almost a year now when i got to secondary school i hated myself because i wasn’t the ‘ideal’ body type i tried calorie deficits and starving myself and burning more calories than i was eating and everytime my mum said ‘you sure you wanna eat that’ or ‘your legs look so much thinner!’ i felt exposed i felt bad however Annie is truly the one person in this world who makes me feel better about myself and she helps me not feel guilty for eating a cookie when i want a goddamn cookie thank you so much you have truly changed my life and my relationship with food ❤️
im so glad you are not restricting yoursrlf so much! i hope you are doing well. Also im sorry our mom said thosr hurtful things to you but remember many adult women have a pretty bad relationship with food and believe in unhealthy diets, so never fell guilty and always remember balance is key, its okay to eat a cookie sometimes, and if you want to lose weight i hope it all goes well for you, but also dont forget to try to love yourself at every stage of your life
I’ve been trying to loose weight since I have back fat and I gained like 20 pounds during quarantine, I know realize that I shouldn’t be starving myself just to loose weight, I was getting to the point where I didn’t even want to drink water because I got “bloated” 🙂 ty so much for this beautiful message!

@@beccahouston3822 just seemed like she’s been trying hard so I gave her a tip, your goal is to lose weight, then you have to eat less than your body needs. There’s no way of getting over that, you can’t exercise more and expect to lose weight if your eating those calories back, or if your eating healthier that still is good it’s just that if your not losing weight it’s probably because your eating the same amount of calories as before.

Yes i noticed, whenever a girl wants to simply change there life and diet for the better, for better health, it is shamed and concered as “eat more, your not eating enough“ or “are you okay this isnt healthy“ for example, if i order a salad at a resturaunt and everyone has burgers or pizza, doesnt mean im not eating carbs or counting calories. Its like the abilty to comprehend the fact that someone MIGHT JUST LIKE SALAD never really crosses anyones mind, and it can be upsetting. But it is nice to see others look out for you, but everyone make sure to think of all the possibilities before you judge someones diet! ❤️☺️
This is why I love intuitive eating. I know my body needs different amounts of food each day, so I tracking is now pointless for me (I needed tracking in the beginning to get my hunger cues back). I just listen to my hunger, fullness and cravings and go from there. My weight has been stable for months now ❤️
Your the first influence I have heard mention the difference when people talk about calorie counting for body builders vs. young girls. Idk why people don't talk about this more.

Counting the calories I'm taking in is just such a pain in the ass for me, because I ONLY eat food I make from raw ingredients, and I just sorta eyeball everything
gosh this like hit me. I recently got diagnosed with anorexia and I’m really glad she’s managed to catch herself and realize what she was doing was wrong before it got to extreme. I consistently eat like 700 or so calories a day (and burn the same amount), and I barely even loose weight anymore. and I hate it, like I feel like I’m gonna pass out 24/7. yet I can’t stop. i wanna try reverse dieting now, thank you for this Annie.

Loved this video! It’s so important we bring light to how extreme diet culture can be. I have lost 77 lbs since March 2020 and recently have been reverse dieting bc I was barely eating and the scale would not budge. 😭Aside from losing weight, this journey has taught me more about self love and eating/exercising the way I like instead of following toxic diet rules. It’s really all about balance!
I'm going through this currently and doing the same thing! I got toned and restricted my calories and haven't been seeing any progress- but in fact I gained 10 lbs over a period of little activity over the holidays and eating less (also due to stress, I was studying for an exam!) and I went back to restricting my calories. I'm now currently doing this - reverse dieting and I am on the same journey! My energy has been so much better and my relationship with food has gotten a lot better too.

I just wanted to say thank you for uploading this video. I’m also 14 years old and I’m at a deficit but I want to eat more. My period has gotten irregular from being at a deficit and I think it’s my body telling me I need more food. I am eating 1,750cals right now ( deficit ) but I plan on going up to 2,500-2,800 cals. You’re the only youtuber I came across that’s around my age going through the same journey. Hope all is well and stay safe💕

i have always had a pretty bad relationship with food. i would be told to eat, even if i ate three times that day and i wasn’t hungry, but then the same person would tell me to stop eating the next day bc i was bigger and that “eating that piece of popcorn is 10 more push ups tomorrow”. i counted calories for a month, but i was always hungry, so i deleted the app and i am now working on intuitive eating. so far so good. i am so glad that i found creators like you around my age telling your story. you are amazing. keep going

As someone who has recovered from an ed, I know how you must feel as you gradually increase your intake, I felt the same exact way before, like I was overeating, but know that this id what your body needs and that you will get through this. I believe in you!🤍

ive never tried reverse dieting. Ive just done the "all in" method but I was also coming from a place of an ED!!! It was important for me to really jump back to an adequate amount of food/calories. Everyone is coming from a different starting place and I'm really happy that you acknowledged that!!

Hey annie! I just started recovering, and at first I was confused on what to do because I wasn't as hungry as I thought I would be, but I realized that that was because my metabolism was broken. But now I'm at a point where I need a much larger portion of food to feel satisfied than before. And I really love that you made this video showing us that we NEED to eat, and that restricting will not help us in the long run!

Turns out after 2 weeks of counting calories, it was ruining my mental health, so I ended up reverse dieting without even knowing it had a name. Feel so much better about my relationship with food now!
ok so i’m 13 and i have felt bad and insecure about my body for almost a year now when i got to secondary school i hated myself because i wasn’t the ‘ideal’ body type i tried calorie deficits and starving myself and burning more calories than i was eating and everytime my mum said ‘you sure you wanna eat that’ or ‘your legs look so much thinner!’ i felt exposed i felt bad however Annie is truly the one person in this world who makes me feel better about myself and she helps me not feel guilty for eating a cookie when i want a goddamn cookie thank you so much you have truly changed my life and my relationship with food ❤️
im so glad you are not restricting yoursrlf so much! i hope you are doing well. Also im sorry our mom said thosr hurtful things to you but remember many adult women have a pretty bad relationship with food and believe in unhealthy diets, so never fell guilty and always remember balance is key, its okay to eat a cookie sometimes, and if you want to lose weight i hope it all goes well for you, but also dont forget to try to love yourself at every stage of your life

I’ve been trying to loose weight since I have back fat and I gained like 20 pounds during quarantine, I know realize that I shouldn’t be starving myself just to loose weight, I was getting to the point where I didn’t even want to drink water because I got “bloated” 🙂 ty so much for this beautiful message!
same! im trying to reach 1,200 calories and I’m going to up my calories by 100 each week so my metabolism repairs. so next week it will be 1,300. edit: don’t worry i will continue adding calories until my body feels great

There’s no way of getting over that, you can’t exercise more and expect to lose weight if your eating those calories back, or if your eating healthier that still is good it’s just that if your not losing weight it’s probably because your eating the same amount of calories as before.

Yes i noticed, whenever a girl wants to simply change there life and diet for the better, for better health, it is shamed and concered as “eat more, your not eating enough“ or “are you okay this isnt healthy“ for example, if i order a salad at a resturaunt and everyone has burgers or pizza, doesnt mean im not eating carbs or counting calories. Its like the abilty to comprehend the fact that someone MIGHT JUST LIKE SALAD never really crosses anyones mind, and it can be upsetting. But it is nice to see others look out for you, but everyone make sure to think of all the possibilities before you judge someones diet! ❤️☺️
This is why I love intuitive eating. I know my body needs different amounts of food each day, so I tracking is now pointless for me (I needed tracking in the beginning to get my hunger cues back). I just listen to my hunger, fullness and cravings and go from there. My weight has been stable for months now ❤️
Your the first influence I have heard mention the difference when people talk about calorie counting for body builders vs. young girls. Idk why people don't talk about this more.

Counting the calories I'm taking in is just such a pain in the ass for me, because I ONLY eat food I make from raw ingredients, and I just sorta eyeball everything

gosh this like hit me. I recently got diagnosed with anorexia and I’m really glad she’s managed to catch herself and realize what she was doing was wrong before it got to extreme. I consistently eat like 700 or so calories a day (and burn the same amount), and I barely even loose weight anymore. and I hate it, like I feel like I’m gonna pass out 24/7. yet I can’t stop. i wanna try reverse dieting now, thank you for this Annie.

'i want to go back to my relationship with food as a young kid' is such a good goal and I really hope you get there. We start out life with a positive relationship with food which changes with societal pressure but getting back to that thankful, enjoyed relationship with food is so beneficial for mental and physical health ❤️

Loved this video! It’s so important we bring light to how extreme diet culture can be. I have lost 77 lbs since March 2020 and recently have been reverse dieting bc I was barely eating and the scale would not budge. 😭Aside from losing weight, this journey has taught me more about self love and eating/exercising the way I like instead of following toxic diet rules. It’s really all about balance!

I'm going through this currently and doing the same thing! I got toned and restricted my calories and haven't been seeing any progress- but in fact I gained 10 lbs over a period of little activity over the holidays and eating less (also due to stress, I was studying for an exam!) and I went back to restricting my calories. I'm now currently doing this - reverse dieting and I am on the same journey! My energy has been so much better and my relationship with food has gotten a lot better too.

I just wanted to say thank you for uploading this video. I’m also 14 years old and I’m at a deficit but I want to eat more. My period has gotten irregular from being at a deficit and I think it’s my body telling me I need more food. I am eating 1,750cals right now ( deficit ) but I plan on going up to 2,500-2,800 cals. You’re the only youtuber I came across that’s around my age going through the same journey. Hope all is well and stay safe💕

i have always had a pretty bad relationship with food. i would be told to eat, even if i ate three times that day and i wasn’t hungry, but then the same person would tell me to stop eating the next day bc i was bigger and that “eating that piece of popcorn is 10 more push ups tomorrow”. i counted calories for a month, but i was always hungry, so i deleted the app and i am now working on intuitive eating. so far so good. i am so glad that i found creators like you around my age telling your story. you are amazing. keep going

As someone who has recovered from an ed, I know how you must feel as you gradually increase your intake, I felt the same exact way before, like I was overeating, but know that this id what your body needs and that you will get through this. I believe in you!🤍

@@mirilevin Like Annie said, just slowly increase your intake by around 50-100 calories a week, so If your intake right now is 1700, start going up to 1750, then 1800, and so on :)
I was hurt and heart broken when a very big problem occurred in my marriage seven months ago, between me and my wife . so terrible that she took the case to court to file a divorce. She said that she cannot continue to stay with me again, and she said "I don't love you anymore" So she took her things out of the house and made me and my children passed through several emotional pain. ive never tried reverse dieting. Ive just done the "all in" method but I was also coming from a place of an ED!!! It was important for me to really jump back to an adequate amount of food/calories. Everyone is coming from a different starting place and I'm really happy that you acknowledged that!!
I am the same! I now mostly eat intuitively (bar some days I need to eat mechanically cos of anxiety) and it is so liberating!
I discovered you recently, and the truth is I like how you speak and express yourself in your videos, I don't know what happened to me that I started exercising and eating healthy but every time I eat something processed or something like that I feel guilty because I don't want it to my belly grows but I'm gradually accepting that we should also eat something you want and apart from accepting the inflammation of the stomach and loving each other, thank you

Hey annie! I just started recovering, and at first I was confused on what to do because I wasn't as hungry as I thought I would be, but I realized that that was because my metabolism was broken. But now I'm at a point where I need a much larger portion of food to feel satisfied than before. And I really love that you made this video showing us that we NEED to eat, and that restricting will not help us in the long run!
