@@mysterio5837 I thought this was a stab at apple lol. I’m an apple user myself but I do miss the ability to do things like scrolling screenshots. Overall, the experiences are more similar than people think, though.
Rather be a user and have apps not track my activity from day one than have an Android that tracks when I take a shit so Google and Facebook can send ads related to it
Have an iPhone 12 and a Pixel 6a. Just one simple thing keeps me using mostly the Android: Separate volume controls for ringer, alarm, etc. I have my alarm set a certain level and the ringer at another level and I don't have to mess with it all the time like on an iPhone.
IPhones are very hard to navigate. Much much harder than Android. IPhones are only compatible with iPhones. No USB-C, no number row on keyboard, can’t access music on your actual device with Apple Music or You Tube music, can’t download APK’s(or whatever the iPhone equivalent is), no back button, etc. Compared to a Pixel…. No comparison. #TeamPixel
#1 thing keeping me on Android is the beautiful notification control. Categories, subcategories, custom tones, status bar icons, and snoozing are great features! iPhones just have massive walls of text that flood your screen endlessly... I can't imagine dealing with that mess every day...
Having fully switched to the Apple ecosystem last year (Watch, Phone, Macbook Pro), I am definitely heading right back to Android this year. I guess it's just not for everyone
@@CallMeKJOS Yeah! I like my decentralized systems so I don't want to be boxed in. My Google and Samsung partnership has always worked for me so that's what I'll stick with
People like not having to worry about their phones and how to use them, which, the streamlined and “easy to use” UI of iOS means it’s just that. But that comes at the cost of individual freedom and flexibility. Once you get a taste of that, you’ll never get used to iOS regardless of how streamlined it is.
the truth is, grass always seem greener on the other side. There is no better or worse, both have their best and worst qualities, Android and iOS. Just stick with what you are most comfortable with and use that.
@@hankmiller990why can't you believe that? There's lots of reasons to do so. I say this on my s21 ultra. I've always been samsung all the way, but I can't deny the app optimization on ios is amazing. The animations are very nice as well.

I've only had android phones and I tested out an iPhone to much stuff on the screen and there's no back button or a apps menu. Everything has to be connected to iTunes. To me it seemed frustrating. So I'll just stick to my samsung Galaxy s23 ultra. I love to customize everything so I'm an android user for life.
After adding widgets and the app drawer to iPhone I had no excuse not to try it. I got a used XS Max last year and never looked back. I just wish groundbreaking features (like 120 hrtz) was available in the cheaper iPhone models. Edit: Siri is trash tho lol
iPhone is just a dumb phone with some smartphone features compared to Android. I just bought an iPhone just to find out what this whole fuss is about them and now have a list of 60 annoying things about the iPhone.
The worst thing in iOS is the notification center and no dedicated button to go back. I keep forgetting I have notifications because there is no little icon on the top. Instead I have to look at my home screen to see a little red 1 icon. Everything else is ok, cause all my Android apps are also available on iOS. For example I use Google Calendar. I prefer using that one because if I switch back to Android one day the switch will be seamless. No issues transferring the calendar or getting used to another app.
Switched to the 15 pro max a month ago, just cannot deal with iPhone thought there would be improvements after the last time I had it, but still feels the same. Will be switching to the S24.

Pixel 6 is why I switched to iphone. Life long user of android. Pixel 6 was so bad I didn't even want to ever use it again. Pixel 6 has flickering screen, wifi signal loss issues. It could not hold a signal if it's life depended on it. Shipped with a defective modem. They really messed up the pixel line up with that hideous chunky mess. Huge , heavy and not worth it. Worst pixel ever.
The pixel 6 has its issues that's for sure. And then I got the 7 and 7a. The fingerprint sensor was still unreliable, the modems are more stable but still not great. Battery life improved. I've used nexus and pixel phones since they came out. I really like the pixel phones. But the quality just isn't there. The parts, build quality, the consistency of the ecosystem all fail to come together. Now iPhone can do everything that the pixel can except the little things like hold for me. Split screen/ clipboard is what I miss. But the social aspect and Watch/tablet is next level. Siri let’s you make location reminders and is a better phone assistant.
