LEG KETTLEBELL WORKOUT | KILLER SUPERSETS

- In this LEG KETTLEBELL WORKOUT we will focus on strengthening the lower body. We will have 16x super sets which means 32x movements in total. We will perform each movement for 50 seconds long and with only 10 seconds rest we will switch to the second exercise of the superset. Between each superset we will have 25 seconds rest. After the first 8x supersets we will have a 50 seconds water break.
Make sure that you do a proper warming up before starting with the workout:

You can simply increase the intensity of this workout by adding more weight or/and by doing this routine 2-3 rounds in a row (depending on your fitness level).
In this workout I'm using a 12kg, 16kg an 20kg kettlebell of KettlebellKings :kettlebellking...

11. Uneven Squat (R)
12. Uneven Squat (L)
13. Good Morning
14. Alternating Pistol Squat
15. Back Squat
16. Stiff Leg Deadlift To Full Deadlift
50 seconds water-break
17. Step Up Deep Lunges (L)
18. Step Up Deep Lunges (R)
19. Bulgarian Split Squat (L)
20. Bulgarian Split Squat (R)
21. Reverse Lunges (L)
22. Reverse Lunges (R)

Wow Daniel what another really great and intense workout. Loving this super set format and it was great that all the muscles of the lower body were engaged. Loved that there was some unilateral work which helps as i want to work on my imbalances usually exposed when i do bulgarian split squats. Love you lots and can't wait for the next workout.
